So cute for my baby's room!! 20 months of owning it

Bought this about 20 months ago before my LO was born. I wanted something that was thick, would show stains super easily and made of natural fibers. This checked all the boxes and I love the pattern! It has a great cushion underfoot and when sitting down. It did start off scratchy and did shed quite a bit as others have noted. However, with consistent vaccuming and just natural tred, the carpet softened up and the shedding got better. I still get quite a bit of wool fibers when I vaccum but its not super visible pre-vaccuming and it doesn't show on pants anymore (it barely did initially). In another year I'm confident it will still be holding up well and just continue to soften up well! Tips for this if you hate vaccuming: buy a cordless vaccum. I detested vaccuming until we got one and now this gets vaccumed on a regular basis no big deal. Less

Olive/Rust is not as green as the product images

The "Olive/Rust" is not as green as the product images make it seem. The actual color is very dark, nearly blue. The rug itself is beautiful and is well-made, but the color is quite different from what's shown online.

Beautiful and high quality runner

Beautiful colors and texture. The colors are rich and so pretty. The quality feels great and I have already ordered a second one for another hallway. Highly recommend.

One of my favorites

It was slightly less green than I expected but I still love it. It matches the area so well with the soft colors. I wish it came in a longer since when I was buying it though!

Colorful Wool hall runner

Love the colors, actually more beautiful than the picture, the size is perfect, rug does not move around on the LVP on the hall floor, feel very substantial under my are feet.

Threads popping up everywhere!

It's beautiful but not made to actually be used. Threads started popping up a couple weeks into use and now they are popping up everywhere! Just awful quality.

Love my Safavieh rug

Another great Safavieh purchase. This one is in my entry and gives it a little interest as you walk in. The color is darker than my computer showed, but still works in the space. I would buy this one again.

Great rug - has some quirks

Overall, I am extremely pleased with this rug. It’s beautiful in my home and has a nice thickness. The color name is a little misleading. I think it should be like dark grey rug with olive/rust accent colors. Loses a star because there are missing tassels on one side of the rug (see pictures). One side is perfect (pic with the cat), the other has weird gaps and some pointing in weird directions. This doesn’t bother too much because of the layout of my living room. I agree with others on the smell. I couldn’t open it outside because it’s winter so I managed to open it up in my front stairwell before bringing it into my apartment. It definitely helped get some of the smell out. Now my real beef - it comes with a lot of loose fibers. I’ve gone over it 3 times with my Dyson on max suction. It filled the canister every time. It seems like dust, loose fibers, and maybe glue? So definitely vacuum a lot if you get a rug from this company. I’m pleased. I’d buy another rug.

Latex, glues and a smell

It was very pretty but stunk half my lower floor up with a musty smell. The company said it would go away and was normal but I just couldn’t. Also, these types of wool rugs with a backing contain latex and glues, which degrade over time which I am not ok with, since that means we inhale them etc. Instead I’ll buy a flat weave with no latex and deal with it not being thick and moving a bit. Those are my two cents:)

Amazing rug!

This rug is more beautiful in person! Love the quality and all the amazing colors! Perfect for my living room. All areas of the rug are not the same; there is a quirkiness to the design and I am sure each one is unique.
