I would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option. I removed 1/2 star since I thought it would be a little more vibrant in color and have a bolder contrast, like the photo. I still love it and would absolutely buy it again. For the price I paid, I feel that it is very high quality. It's very difficult to dig your fingers down to the backing due to the dense weave and the rug is very soft. I purchased the 4'x6' for my entryway, it is a perfect size and won't show the dirt from dirty shoes. I have vacuumed it several times, no threads have pulled and wears well. It's a great purchase and great value. I will look for more of their rugs as I renovate my space.

A little darker than shown online

I got the blue version of this rug and I love it. It reminds me of a medieval tapestry. I will say the colors on the website a more pink than the rug is in person. It’s more of a dark red in person which works out better for me

Beautiful!

I am thrilled with the colors and plush feel of this rug. I purchased the 8’x10’ in blue and it makes the bedroom feel very luxurious. The darker colors look more like a vintage rug, which is exactly the look I wanted. So many contemporary rugs have a faded, worn look that is obviously not authentic. Personally I prefer more color, and this rug delivers! The rosy terra cotta shades along with the blues are gorgeous.

NOT THE SAME RUG THAT’S SENT TO YOU

I ordered two of these runners in the blue color and when they arrived, they were NOT the same rugs from this listing! The color is several shades lighter, the pattern is similar but not the one pictured, and there is no fringing. The name of the ones sent to me was different than the name on this listing and when I contacted customer service they told me it is the same rug and if I’m unhappy I need to send it back and pay $12 for a return fee. I feel frustrated by the whole experience because it so clearly is a different rug. Don’t order.

Gorgeous Rug, so soft and plush under foot

We got the teal/rust version and it is gorgeous! Shipping was fast and the rug came well packaged and wrapped. I followed the instructions and rolled it in the other direction for 24 hours to get rid of any kinks and it worked perfectly. This rug is so soft and feels so great under foot and is just stunning, really. Would definitely purchase from RUGSUSA again!!

Tanner than Expected

Ordering was simple and rug arrived quickly however the base color is not at all what I was looking for. It is very tan which is not what I wanted. Now I’ll be deciding to either live with it or return. Seems to be good quality but…

Perfect rug.

This rug is so beautiful and fits perfectly in our living room in our new home. The colors are lovely and we’ve received compliments from everyone who has come over so far. We also didn’t get a rug pad like suggested and the rug doesn’t even need one. It’s very comfortable to walk on.

Good quality rug

I got the beige/olive rug for my living room. The colors don't match the manufacturer's photos well, but they do match the manufacturer's video and most of the customer photos in the reviews section. It has a lot of red in it, way more than I thought, and paired with the green "trees", it runs the risk of possibly looking a little Christmas-like depending on the colors of your furniture. I'd say the red is more dominant than the green. The background beige is a light beige (or a bit darker depending on lighting) and the fringe is off-white (not bright white) and not stiff. The edges and fringe curled up a little when I first got it, but double-sided tape fixed that. Overall I'm happy - it looks like a good quality rug, and it's a great "neutral" rug with character.

Rolled way too tightly

Although this rug was shipped fast and well packed , rolling it out and the quality was so so. It’s been two days since putting it on floor and it’s been tapped, flipped and spray misted. So cheap really.. the colors didn’t look like the colors I chose in olive. It clashes with my expensive drapes even after months of taking pics and putting in room. I’ll probably donate the rug. It’s just ok no wow factor I am a podcast so I will review on my own. Thanks.

Great rug, a tiny little bug

Surprisingly soft and the website pictures show the colors really well. Does not smell and it lies flat after some heavy books weighing for 3 days. The only issue I got is the patterns. I got the size 9x12 and the placement of the green trees is a bit different than shown the picture. In the picture, you see the trees are symmetrical (either lengthwise or widthwise), in the 9x12 rug, the trees are still symmetrical lengthwise (if you fold along the long side), but not widthwise.. You have two trees apart on one side, two trees in the middle on the other. Hope that makes sense. It's a little annoying if you are using it in the bedroom beneath a bed. Your two sides near nightstands won't match exactly. Not a big deal for us but it could matter for some. It's understandable since it's a machine made rug, so patterns are probably same for all sizes...

Will purchase from Rugs USA again, it's so easy.

The most difficult part of purchasing my rug was picking which one to get. I have to say I didn't realize there was so much red in this rug, it looked more rust in the original picture but it is going to work. It is nice and soft under foot. It came quickly and was wrapped tightly in clear plastic. I chose a large 8 x 10 so it is heavy. Move your rug into the intended room in the plastic and have the rug pad in place. I never could get the rug to cover the darn pad so I'm just going to trim the rug pad. I am pleased with my purchase.

Really lovely

This a beautiful rug. It looks lovely laid out. The colors are vibrant and varied. The design is far more beautiful than I expected for the price I paid. It is soft and plush and pulls together two sofas I had recently gotten. Once I got it I liked it so much I ordered a runner for my hallway. The price dropped after I got mine, but it was worth every penny I paid for it. The only problem I had was with customer service. I called in response to an email they sent me with the delivery date to let them know I had not received the rug. It was not clear with them what was going on with the shipping method, or date. I was put off by that. The customer care reps seemed misinformed and gave me the runaround. That said, get this rug if it is to your taste. It is truly lovely.

Warm and Whimiscal

I've been searching for probably a month for a carpet. What brought me to RugsUSA is that I didn't have to pay shipping and I can see various rugs in my room right under the couch. I loved that. Just took a pic of my room and tried out different rugs. This rug had multiple colors but not so bright and in your face. There's a lot of interest in it. Trees, flowers, branches and designs without looking hectic. Whimsical and cozy. The colors are warm and muted. It's soft and thicker than expected. It looked like the green trees really popped out in the picture (which I did not want) but it just blends in. You'll love it. I'm thinking of getting another for the dinning room.
