This chair was delivered to me on Saturday August 31, 2024. A very poor execuse for a recliner rocker.

This chair is so comfy and soft! We are pleased with our purchase and I want to sell my couch and get the matching couch.
Pretty but doesn’t work well
This chair is pretty and comfy but it’s hard to get the foot part to go back in. I have strong legs but this chair can be very difficult to push back in.

This is the most uncomfortable recliner we have ever owned. Nobody wants to recline in it. Sitting is okay for a short time, but the main purpose of a recliner is to be able to recline with your feet up. When the chair is open, after finally being able to get it open, you have to keep pushing the back down with your shoulders. I had a backache for two days just trying to keep the darn thing open during a movie. Then, good luck trying to get the footrest back down and locked into place. I usually have to stand up and push it back down. Even then it takes a few times to get this to lock. Believe the reviews. I hate to be that person, but this chair is AWFUL. It worked so much better and was so much more comfortable in the store. Oh--we also have the matching sofa. Still hard as a rock and mostly the dogs sit on it. The cushions slide out constantly even after putting gripper pad under them. Dog hair cleans up easily off of it. So does muddy paw prints. I'd give the couch a 3 out of 5. We are going on the 2nd year of having these pieces and they don't get any softer, folks. Currently saving up to get something new since everyone prefers to sit at the kitchen bar over these uncomfortable pieces of furniture. So glad I kept my comfy "Hogan Loveseat" we bought from Ashley over a decade ago when everyone tried to make me get rid of it. Still my favorite piece of furniture in the living room. The Hogan is everyone else's favorite too, because it's the only one we sit on.

I love my new Rocker Recliner! It is comfortable goes nice with my other furniture. Also easy to use, like managing the foot rest and being able to get up out of it.
Would love to rate this product if I ever would receive it.
Ordered it 3 months ago and still waiting.

Olsberg recliner
The first one we received was beautiful but broken, called The store to let them know.They sent a technician out to look at it and he determined that the mechanism was broke and he would fix it. I told him I did not want a new chair to have to have replacement parts, I wanted a new one, the store called and within a week they replaced the chair. All in all a good experience

I now wish I had purchased the kind that is electric and with push buttons but it is very comfortable and very beautiful.
