Perfect turquoise color!

Love color- bright and perfect match with walls, however, I am a bit disappointed by the quality. I expected it to be more plush and less like an indoor/outdoor rug. Nonetheless, it is great in my space. Using a pad also helped.

This is a very large rug, approx. 10x16. I expected it to be rolled up but instead it was folded into many pieces, bound and placed in a heavy plastic wrapping. I am a senior citizen and I was able to get it unwrapped but it has been 6 days and the rug is still full of bumps and folds that won't come out. I didn't even get any information on how to return this item; however, I would never be able to package it the way it came to me. It must have taken 2 or 3 people to make such a mess out of this rug. What am I supposed to do with this????? I have never bought from you before but because of COVID-19, I am ordering almost everything on line. I will never shop with Wayfair again. This rug is ruined. What do you plan to do????
