Not sure what has changed at Alessi, though their quality has gone way down hill! Again, my mother has the same desert cups, though purchased several years ago. Her’s are of much better quality than the ones I recently purchased. Plus, I payed full price, though they were obviously open box as original product sticker was missing on three of the four I purchased.

Great design and makes a lovely gift

This is a great design which helps to stop the ice cream melting as you eat it. The clear holder with silver dish looks classy. I also have the pink one, and the clear one looks classier. It makes a lovely gift for an ice cream lover.
