Cutting teeth broke off

The cutting teeth on this type of chain has a very short connection to the chain compared to regular chainsaw blades. Greater than 2/3 of the cutters broke off after 1st use. Of the teeth that remained and did not break off, they were still in good shape though. It was a dry log but I have never had this problem using a regular blade on either dry or wet wood...

best invention ever, unless you happen to like stopping your job right in the middle so you can spend 20 minutes sharpening your chain. Granted it's not as good as if you hand sharpened a chain, but the sheer amount of time it saves is well worth it. I have used my chain and sharpener Maybe 50 times so far and there's still plenty left. just be advised that the first time you buy this chain you will need to also get a special bar from Oregon. But after that it's quite easy to change in and out.

This video makes this product very misleading. You do not receive the actual bar mount to make any of the sharpening possible. It also will only work on this chain, which it does not say in the description. The kick in the butt is that Home Depot does not even sell the other part that is needed to make the system work.

Convenient

These chains are not cheap, but when you consider the cost to sharpen, if you don't sharpen them yourself, they are a fair value. I have used these chains all summer. I have invested quite a bit in them for the work I have had to do. I can sharpen my own chains, but this chain saw chain systen offers convenience. I have been able to get several cuttings in before sharpening and/or replacement. If you are the occasional chain saw cutter, this will work for you. However, if you are doing a lot of cutting this might be a tad expensive way to go, if you can't sharpen your own chains. The product performs as described.

this is a good cutting chain when new but after 2 times of sharpening its done wont work any more dont buy this product bought 2 paid around 69.00 on the second 1 now will never buy again
