good product and a reasonable price

this is the third of the rugs made by Empire and am pleased with how they look and how they do not shed. Easy to maintain and and well-designed.

I was very excited for this rug to arrive, only to open the box to a totally different color! Instead of the dark blue specs, it was almost green. Called Houzz to waive the $30 return fee, and now 72 hrs later, still waiting for the seller's response. I was willing to just exchange, but starting to feel like I should get my refund and RUN

This is my fourth rug from Havertys. This is an environmentally friendly rug, and it's beautiful too! Since it comes rolled up, you need it to lay it out for about a week. Once the wrinkles lay out, it looks great!

I purchased this rug over a month ago and it still has not flattened out. I still have ripples that make it difficult to walk over the rug.
