Love this rug!
I had never ordered from Rugs Direct before so I was leery but it was perfect! I had ordered the rug and pad the same day and the rug was being delivered first and we were going to be out of town shortly after the delivery date. I called customer service and the lady was so kind and helpful as she called the vendor to be sure it would be delivered prior to our departure. The rug came and it was perfect for our living room! The colors were great and it was soft and plush! The pad came the following day so it all worked out! Very pleased with the quality of the rug and the service .

This rug is more beautiful in real life than on the photo on the web site. The price vs. value is perfect and my client absolutely loved her new rug. I highly recommend this rug to anybody seeking these colors. My client says she gets many compliments on it. Great style and quality

Pile is thick. Very comfortable on bare feet. Colors are true to photo. Pale Blue/Light Grey/Off White. Very satisfied with purchase.

The 12x15 rug is beautiful. It is plush under your feet and the colors are soft and subtle. I would order it again!

Well Made and Beautiful Rug
This rug is very beautiful, very soft, thick pile, and plush. I would not say there is gray in the pattern more of a light beige. I would have preferred grays but it is beautiful the way it is. Make sure to get a good pad under the rug which adds more cushion and expands the life of the rug.

The rug is very soft to walk on and feels very comfortable on your bare feet. Love how the ends of the rug are folded under with a sewn seam. Rug does stay in place on our vinyl plank flooring. Rug is made of 70 percent polypropylene and 30 percent polyester. Love this rug!
