not what I was thinking
I was hoping for really good quality with this price tag but it is ultimately a lamp shade around a cheap plastic light. They don't look bad once they are installed, so we decided to keep them.

It’s a nice lamp, and puts out a good glow, but it was an absolute $&@!! to install. You have to drive these tiny little screws blindly through several layers that and finally into the mounting plate, all while holding it together with your other hand. It should instead be mounted to the standard threaded tube common to most every other flush mount fixture.

Unique light! The online picture doesn't do it justice. It casts a white glow/ light upward toward the ceiling and illuminates the gold interior/downward light. Light weight, easy to attach. I've received compliments on them. I bought 3 and would recommend!
