Perfect for my needs

[Rewarded Review] Stylish and quiet.

This was perfect for my husband's office--he is low-key and quiet and stylish, so the design works perfectly. It's not loud and imposing, and it's easy to fade into the background when people come in so they don't immediately see a big obnoxious space heater. Warms his semi-open office immediately.

Absolutely Love it!

My boss purchased a different version for our office a year and half ago and i was very impressed i purchased one for myself. I upgraded just a bit with the one i purchased and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!! I will definitely buy again.

Defective product don't buy

This is now heater number 7 so one out of 7 heater worked from this company. Out of the box they do not work. 500 model fan blades come packed loose so they back noise if they put lock tight on the nut this would never happen,I started with two oscillating tower heaters they all made fan noise as well and clicking noise when oscillating they have no clue why this happens five of them all did the samething out of the box maybe 3days max one lasted without noise then they upgraded me to two of the 500 models one had no noise other was the loose fan problem I found out later so they upgraded the one 500 to a 600 the 600 has a transformer/power supply hum when heat is on low or hight I just give up at this point. They want not one heater back just say cut cord send pic which I did over and over. Only product I had no problems with them was the air purifier works great everyday. I seen on Amazon the 600 heater has the same loose fan problem as the 500 model but it hums to. Guys you need to check and test all heaters before they leave to customers and to have one heater with no problems out of 7 it's ridiculous. You have a 5year warranty and right out of the gate your heater products can't make 3days Max's? When the heaters work there great but they need to work first. Problem is not design I think it's where you are having this units put together and no one checking them when they leave like come on fans coming loose or not tight like really? Omg lock tight it's been out for years there is blue and red pick one. Customer service is amazing I can't say nothing there everyone is very nice and try there best to help but when a product is not working over and over there nothing they can do unfortunately. Thank you for trying I just not going to buy any heaters from you for a long time after this. Air purifier sure there great.

Does not work well

I've contacted Vornado via email and the rep seemed nice but I don't think she understood my questions even after clearly stating my concerns.

No oscillation

Second use, no oscillation. No company response from phone calls (they’re not in the office for unspecified reason), social media, or website contact us link. Big fail! Will have to return to store.

This heater is not approved for sale in Canada. Both units shipped to me had loose rattling parts inside, and the setup instructions clearly say to not use it if it sounds like there's loose parts. Buy at your own risk.

Works great. It's small and pretty quiet.

Good heater that looks better than most

The fan for this heater seem slightly on the loud side, but other than that we love this heater. My wife is always cold and this does a pretty good job heating our bedroom. It looks slick and kicks out some good heat. We had a broken part on the first one that was shipped to us. So I called Vornado customer service and they quickly resolved the issue and got me another heater.

Weak fan in vornado

Not a very strong fan and squeezed when it oscillated and that was the second day i had it.

Lasted a year - then quit

It was a good space heater. Didn't use it a ton, but was good when it worked. Then it decided to no longer work. At all.

Heats well, but squeals while oscillating

I've had it for about a month and it heats very well. However, when I use the oscillating function it makes a lot of noise. So much noise I've been asked to turn if off over Zoom calls.

Within two days of operation the space heater started making a rattling noise as it oscillated. The heating element of the heater works well and the thermostat works well, but the unit makes rattling and buzzing noises as it turns.
