Holy Lamp shade, Batman!

The light is very good. It looks good and fits our need. It is well built. It had to be to survive the packing and shipping. From the appearance of the package I thought that I would need to return it. The package was badly crushed. I will not order any thing from Home Depot that needs to be delivered by FedEx.

These lights are very low quality. I purchased two and there are canister bases on each that are not straight. There are two very small screws that support the entire weight of the light. It was difficult to install and keep them level. I also had to compensate for the crooked canisters to try to make them straight with shims. If I knew the low quality level, I would have spent more money.
Impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.
Just received two of these today. Arrived in great condition, packaged very well. These globes are substantially larger in diameter than I anticipated, and I love it! I was shopping a high end showroom yesterday and a similar fixture was going to cost me $240 each. I can't wait to get them installed in my new master bath. They definitely look more expensive than they were.
Dissapointment... shades are nice but nothing else
I liked the design from the website pictures BUT, the pictures represent a much better looking product than what you receive. It is stamped thin-gauge steel with a nice brush finish but its not Nickel plated. The included hardware box brackets are so cheap and flimsy that it can't support the light's weight without bending. This results in a gap between the wall and the light that can't be fixed without throwing the included brackets in the garbage! The arms that hold the shades actually bend from the weight of the double glass shades. I cant emphasize the overall poor build quality of it and cant recommend anything higher than 1 star. I'd return this pile of crap, but it'll work long just enough to sell my house. The new homeowner will probably replace the light and toss it in the garbage where it belongs.

Was excited to finally install this fixture at the end of our remodel. We were beyond disappointed when we discovered that the bar that goes across the fixture base was welded on crooked. One brushed nickel electrical socket was welded on crooked. The other 3 were straight. The electrical conduit where the light bulb is screwed in, spun around and around. With all these disappointments we decided to return it. With the coronavirus running rapid, we don't want to risk our health walking into a big box store to return it.
Poor quality control
I bought two of these. Each fixture has one crooked "cup" on which the light dome sits, which means that the dome can't sit straight. I don't understand how they even passed quality control. Maybe these are the ones that didn't pass quality control. They would have been nice if not for the defect. You get what you pay for.

This light was the perfect size for my 2 sink vanity. We replaced our old Hollywood lights with these Oslo lights. The installation was tricky since we did not have a junction box on the wall. With trial and error we figured out how to install it tightly onto the wall. Add extra screws on top

I was in the market to replace my existing Broadway light fixture that came with the house that did not suit my style. Fast forward, I managed this run into this awesome light fixture online. Once ordered, the shipment arrived secured with no broken pieces.
Bracket Needs Work
This bracket is awful no matter which type of box you’re using. I also don’t understand why the screws for the finish attachment are so long. If your bracket ends up sitting in the worst position (which mine was), the screws have to be cut off. Seems like they could do better than this. Aesthetically, the fixture is a 5 star fixture, especially considering the price.

Looks good in the bathroom we installed it in. put a dimmer switch in as even at 40 watts it is awfully bright and generates a lot of heat in a small bathroom. Might go down to 25 watt bulbs before it is all over. Just a little heavier than I expected but appears to be well built. Perfect for our room as the box to tie into is in the middle of the wall and the sink is right of that. Spreads the light better than the 3 light we had originally planned to put in this room.

Poor design. Each light is tightened with screw and can be inadvertently twisted. Can not re-tighten without removing from wall. Originally bought two units - both units had end light assembly twisted and had to be realigned and tightened before putting up.

I had the fixture wired and mounted on the wall when I realized that it was misaligned. The bar was level but the mounting plate was angled up and the bulb holders were angled a different way. I had to take it down and readjust all the components. The bulb holders were very difficult to realign. This seemed like poor quality control at the assembly plant.

I have not seen the light yet as it went into a home in Pennsylvania that we are renovating and we are currently in Oklahoma. Therefore I cannot give a review on it. It was delivered with one of the glass pieces broken and I had a wonderful experience with Home Depot in getting the glass replaced. We have purchased our new cabinets and tiles and fans and countertops and so much more for this house from Home Depot and have had great service all the way. The staff we dealt with were always very pleasant and wanting to help in anyway that they could and the products we purchased were all of good quality. We will continue to shop Home Depot and share our experiences with friends and family.

When the fixture arrived, two out of the five outer glass shades were shattered during shipping. I called the vendor and they replaced them for me. Unfortunately, one of the two new glass shades was cracked upon delivery, upon which I contacted the vendor again and they did replaced it, the third time was the charm. For the price, the fixture is a good deal, but the fact that the glass shades are not two connected pieces should be pointed out in the description. Also, and I told the vendor this, they need to come up with a better form of packaging for the glass pieces since the outside shade is very fragile! All anyone has to do is to watch how UPS and FED EX handles packages, and they will understand that the fragile glass in the package really stands very little chance of arriving undamaged.

Purchased this at the beginning of my renovation and just put the light up this past weekend. Love the style but very disappointed in the workmanship. The light bar is welded on crooked as well as many of the lights so it's not level in many ways. Noticed this was an issue with several other purchasers who reviewed this product and disappointed to see there were no responses to this issue whatsoever. Won't be buying any Oslo products again.

Center mount is not welded perpendicular to the light bar so when you mount the unit and make the light bar horizontal the center mount piece is tilted/not horizontal; looks like a manufacturing defect/sloppy workmanship. I also had one of the glass lights that tilted forward when all the other lights were straight up and down; really noticeable and looked horrible. I had to take the whole thing down and rework the metal cup so that when it was fastened back to the light bar the glass was straight up and down like the rest of the other lights (took me two hours to fix and not easy). I would not buy this product, too cheaply made. Spend about twice this amount and get a better quality fixture that you'll be happy with, this one is not that fixture.
Pretty but not very sturdy
The look of this light is fantastic. The globes were a bit bigger than what I expected but I like them. That being said this thing is pretty heavy with all the globes on it and there are only two little nuts that hold it to the wall. One nut was a little loose and the whole thing almost came off the wall when we adjusted it. We were able to secure it but will be looking for another way to further anchor it to the wall.
Undecided
Haven't installed this yet, so don't know about how I will like it in this space or whether or not we keep it. I didn't pour over the specs, so I was surprised by the size. It's quite big and 'chunky' as one reviewer said. It's two globes in one - a slim white round globe inside of a wide clear glass globe. When I held it up over a 66" one sink vanity though, it didn't seem oversized for the space. It will extend out over the mirror a bit like a sconce and will certainly make a statement. I wouldn't recommend this for a vanity smaller than 60" because it would definitely overwhelm the space, but it might be perfect for mine. (The old one is much too puny.) I just don't know yet. I'll reserve judgment until I complete my reno. Thought I would advise all to carefully check the specs before purchasing since you can't look at in the store. (You can return it to the store, however, if you are not happy.)
Great for long vanities
Great light. The pictures don't indicate it (the summary does), but this light can be installed facing up or down. If you have a high mounted medicine cabinet or mirror like we do that is critical. Construction was nice, welds/attachments/etc. were solid and firm.
