Nice Cabinet with Quality Control Issue

The cabinet arrived damaged. From what I could determine, the top drawer was installed incorrectly at the factory and additionally had a stripped screw which allowed the drawer to come loose during shipping. As the drawer came loose and shifted in the cabinet, the drawer front and slides were damaged. Dealing with customer service was problematic requiring several emails and phone calls. After sending two sets of pictures and emails describing the issue, I was finally able to talk to someone who was able to help. I was sent a new drawer front and slides, with which (including a trip to the hardware store) I was able to repair the drawer so that it works ok but not perfect. In hindsight, given the amount of time required, it would have been better to get a replacement. For the price, this was not a good purchase. I was planning additional cabinets for my outdoor kitchen but this experience is giving me second thoughts. I would suggest more focus on factory quality control and customer service.

Online Order Disaster

I ordered 5 outdoor cabinets online, close to $7,500. First delivery 2/5 showed up and they claimed all 5 were delivered. I refuted, then later on 2 more were delivered. I reached out to NewAge and the Delivery company multiple times to get the remaining cabinet shipped. Eventually NewAge shipped a replacement cabinet and it’s been weeks now, I cannot get an answer from anyone when it will be delivered. Online tracking shows it is in the warehouse at the delivery company but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or set up delivery. We are stuck sitting and waiting. This has held up our ability to measure for counter tops and finish the outdoor kitchen. Very unfortunate when you spend this type of money and no one will help rectify the issue. The products we received seem good but buyer beware for online purchase and delivery, it has been an absolutely infuriating experience trying to get what we paid for. The delivery driver that delivered both batches was great, very nice to deal with and that was the only positive part of the experience.

Outdoor living made easier.

I love the cabinet. It’s well built so I expect it to last at least 5 years. It’s the perfect compliment to my grill island. The unit is filled with opportunities and flexibility for more.

Great outdoor kitchen cabinets

Great product. Well made and attractive. Delivery via 3rd party just ok. Install service by NewAge was outstanding and highly recommended. This a great and arguable better alternative than often more expensive built-in outdoor kitchen options.

Nice Cabinets, lame instructions & support

The cabinets look nice and arrived quickly and well-packaged. They appear to be good quality, although the wood-look vinyl that covers the Grove doors/drawer fronts is very thin and seems like it can easily be scratched/torn to reveal the metal underneath. In hindsight, the stainless fronts would probably be the safer option, since the Grove vinyl may not stand up to heavy usage.

We bought this counter a month ago and are currently waiting for the granite countertop so that we can start using it. It was a great addition to the new outdoor grill and patio that we had built. The only issue was we were short one screw to attach the handles. No biggie my husband went and bought one and we were ready to go. Suppose we could have called but this way was much quicker.

This is a great well made, well thought out unit. It turned out to be better than expected. Service, delivery and communication top notch. I am a tool and die maker and work with steel and build things for a living. You won’t be disappointed and if you are NewAge will fix it.

Great Outdoor Furniture

I had been looking for a year plus for outdoor furniture for our covered lania in Florida. This answered my my needs and then some plus. It looks great, functions so well. Really has great appeal.

One complaint, but otherwise happy

I like the bar cabinet, but the most commonly use thing is the trash which is on the left, so you need to open both doors to get to the trash. From a design standpoint I would have put the trash cans on the right side to make them more accessible. Unfortunately the way it is designed you cannot easily switch the trash to the right side. Not sure why they didn't make all the components interchangeable.

We had received several quotes when looking to add a outdoor built in grill and after a little disappointment with the cost we did some research on Houzz and came across NewAge. I already was familiar with their products as my garage cabinets are from NewAge. I knew they were reliable and looked sharp! These were no dispointment either. We love the look and saved thousands. The functionality and versiatilty reinforces our decision. Great purchase!

[Rewarded Review] Outdoor stainless steel Bar cabinet

This unit came as part of a 3-piece outdoor kitchen. The unit is built from heavy duty stainless steel with wood grain French door design in the front. As with all NewAge products, the quality and workmanship are outstanding. There are plenty of storage space. As a matter of fact, you can fit a small refrigerator inside the space behind the double front doors. Installation is easy as I already have experience with the NewAge garage unit. The only drawback is the wood grain design looks too fake. I would prefer to have all natural stainless steel.

[Rewarded Review] Many Features and Well Built

Cabinet is well built and has many features. It is heavy, due to the stainless material, but that is needed for outdoors usage. The drawers slide out smoothly and having modular components inside is nice. It allows me to modify the storage to suite my needs. The faux wood in front is a wrap and I thought it best to move it under our patio due to our hot/sunny summers. Overall, very nice addition to our backyard and built much better than some competitors.

[Rewarded Review] Amazing Bar Cabinet

I’ve had the Bar Cart for about a week. From start to finish, the product was packaged perfectly to ensure that there was no risk of damage during shipment. Shipment and delivery was excellent with no problems. The product is basically pre-assembled was simple and easy to complete with only requirement to attach the adjustable legs and the draw/door handles.

Excellent Quality, Excellent Service and Product

My first outdoor kitchen, and I am extremely pleased. Top notch quality and outstanding service. One of the cabinets came with a door with stripped screws that was not quite not square. A replacement, without question was shipped immediately. In todays market, that level of service is priceless. As for the cabinets - clean, well packaged and perfect. I am already considering an outdoor refrigerator as an additional component. And I will purchase it from NewAge...

What I expected, good value

I just got this cabinet and it is what I expected. I did a lot of research prior to making this purchase and I found that other more expensive and higher end cabinets have weather stripping to help keep dust out of cabinets. I installed my own weather stripping and it worked well. I had to adjust the doors which was easy to do with the instructions that were provided. I also installed two extra magnets that were stronger than the one magnet that came with the cabinet. The drawer in this unit still pulls itself closed with the installed weather stripping. I also bought the 3 drawer cabinet and connected the two cabinets together. It was easy to connect the cabinets.
