Don’t waste your time or money

I know this is not the most expensive but it sure is cute. I paid a contractor $80 an hour. He estimated 2 hours. It took 5. One set of the LED lights don’t work. At one point the right arm caught a bolt and broke. When we finally gave up and they left. I tried to use the remote and now it won’t open. This has been so stressful and it’s a complete piece of crap. I know it’s cute but spend more money on quality.

Top-notch at a great value

The quality of the awning far exceeds expectations. I have had four installed this summer, and they are holding up well. A small issue with one of the awnings, which customer service promptly took care of to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company, and product.

Good value! Electric awning with manual feature. Crank is very cumbersome and slow, but great option should the power fail. moves around quite a bit in the wind, but has withstood 20 mile an hour gusts. Wish there were an 8‘ x 12‘ or 9‘ x 12‘.

I ve only had it a short time but it appears to be a well made product and it really keeps the sun off of us . It was a good price and looks nice up. The remote control work great.. would recommend this product..

My awning came with scratches and a dent it looks like it was a return the left cap was broken

The awning is looks great. We haven’t been able to set the stop when extending the awning. Otherwise it’s a great purchase.

Terrible product

It took me 2 days to assemble but I notice it's tilted when unrolled it. Also, parts are not labeled, so makes it so confusing to assemble.

The unit is good quality, the only problem was the manual crank and electric motor were turned 90 degrees making th3 awning go straight down instead of out. Fortunately I was able to adjust the crank and motor on the fabric roller

Gloriousness. Super easy to assemble only a handful of small screws and a couple bolts. Hid the wire in a short cable chase. Solid motor. Remote works. Hoping it withstands the test of time.

Two main issues. First the main roller was slightly damaged as was one of the smaller tracks. I had to reshape the one to extract the inner sleeve. It took over an hour and was very frustrating. Also the pre drilled holes in the inner sleeve did not match up with the outer. Had to drill my own. Once up, seems pretty good. I'm happy so far.

10x8 awning - product review

Excellent product, easy instructions to follow and install. A little more clarification on how the end product should look like, inside and outside, would have been icing on the top.
