The pieces of the frame assembly were dented some paint chipped allot of the seems weren’t sewn well and some weren’t sewn at all

Buyer Beware

This is a nightmare. It has cost me a fortune to have it installed and we had to have the installers take it down as it just doesn’t work

Buyer beware! ... value for money!

The instructions are very poor ...some items are not even shown. Other parts such as the retaining wires are badly described and need to be identified properly are they are different and fit in different locations, according to the instructions they are the same! There is very little information on adjusting the shade so it winds up straight!

What a great deal! We are so excited to use this instead of a pergola.

It's very nice and sturdy. I love this awning, and the candy striped color is beautiful.

Nice reasonably priced awning

Nice awning and good price but the directions were horrible. You definitely need two people to put it together and had to keep re-reading the instructions. Once we got the awning mounted on the side of the house we had to do some tweaking. Now everything seems to work as it’s supposed to.
