nice set but kind of difficult to put together. didn't help that it was 95 degrees when we did it. would purchase again.

Damaged

When the package arrived the glass was shattered in a million pieces. They refused to replace just the glass so they made me return the whole thing. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten a refund yet.

Disappointed with Table but everything else great

I bought this a month ago and have only put up .. have taken down and tried twice to get all legs to balance.. 1 of the legs is short by 1/2 inch so the table wobbles have taken apart and tried but cannot see what the issue is...Am now left with having to use an infill to keep table level.

The assembly was extremely difficult as you had to pull and manipulate the pieces in order to get them to line up with the holes for the bolts.

Product is Great BUT

We received the table and umbrella together which was easy to assemble. But the box with the chairs did not come! We got a completely random

Directions are horrible. It would not connect right so not as stable as I would like. It does look nice though and have had compliments.

the parts do not fit properly. Missing screws.

Order arrived late. Once arrived the box was completely destroyed. Missing parts (hardware). The table was damaged and bent. Even if none of the above would of happened the table had a connection piece underneath that couldn’t be moved since it was previously assembled in the wrong place so we were not able to complete the assembly of the table to use. Very disappointing since it was purchased to use for this holiday weekend.

Awful experience.

The table is defective and cannot be put together. Now I am left to find someone with a truck that can come pick up a 6 ft close to 50 lb box with a table, umbrella, and 6 chairs. Ridiculous. I called customer service and was told the only option is to mail it or take it to Fed Ex. I had to slide it through my house because the delivery ppl didn't even read my request for it to be left on the back porch. I CANNOT pick up this box or put it in the mail.

Cheap, missing hardware, rusty

This chairs were fine except one which is rusty. The table was missing multiple screws so I had to find some elsewhere. The umbrella is fine but very cheap and the main pole has bent in a slight breeze.

I love the set.

I got my set and the parts were all over the box. And 3 out 6 chairs were damaged.

I received my patio set fast And the assembly was easy.
