The tent was scheduled to deliver on the 7th I had my 65 th birthday party on the 10th didn’t receive the tent until the following week with no personal communication. It didn’t serve the purpose but I kept it for future use. Very disappointed

The easiest canopy to put up!

This product was easy to assemble and I like that the top tarp is light colored. I’m hopeful that the top brackets that hold the little top roof on hold up being made of plastic and in the constant sun.

False waranty

Ours ripped at the seam - faulty canopy. You can see the threading came right out after two uses. Went back to ABC company as home depot said i would need to. ABC said they only give 6 months when home depo waranty from ABC posted on their site says 1 yr. They would not honor it even though it is not my fault they have it posted wrong. Made me pay $ for a new canopy that had a manufacturing defect.

Nothing against the canopy company, but their instructions are basically an outline that really does not tell you the steps you need to follow to get this thing up. I HIGHLY suggest you do a search on YouTube for “how to set up ABC 13 x 13 Canopy”. I say that because certain steps need to be followed in a particular manner (the outline). Watching a video of someone setting it up made the task fairly easy. I did it alone and one person can do it (once you know what to do) but an extra set of hands helps. I also HIGHLY suggest having several screw drivers available if you’re doing it alone to help hold it in place when expanding it. Once you get it set up, a million possibilities spring to mind. I plan to use it to cover a backyard seating area that gets lots of sun during the summer. I’m I Florida and once I got it up could instantly feel the benefit. It really shaded out the aggressive Florida sun!!

[Rewarded Review] Flimsy with a lot of plastic

I received my ABCCANOPY Khaki pop up canopy tent outdoor gazebo. It has a double roof with eaves. It has some drain holes if it rains. It is beige in color. It says with the eaves it is 13 feet by 13 feet but its a little smaller than that. The poles are 10 feet apart. Our weather here was nasty outside today. So I set it up in my garage/shop. It took me about a hour to set it up by myself. It would definitely would be easier with 2 or 3 people. It came with stakes, bags to put sand (owner needs to add sand to the bags) in for weighing it down if the wind comes up. It also comes with some rope to provide good stability. It seems a little flimsy and has a lot of plastic. I'm not sure how good its going to hold up if the wind comes up. I would not advise to leave it up unattended. The stakes are not very heavy duty so I would advise to get some better quality ones. When to took it down it was very hard to put everything back in the storage bag. I will be giving it a real test when we going camping in the spring.

I ordered 2 tents sold by Wal-Mart ship from ABCCANOPY tents are very flimsy I paid $323.23 I try returning them ABCCANOPY wanted to credit me back only $161.00 half the price for the tents I was force to keep those lousy tents

Great for the beach!

Tronic is very easy to assemble, and provides good structural support. The canopy is also great color does a let in much sunlight.

It's a nice shelter. Sturdy. Well conceived.
