No instructions is this a warning alert!!!!!??

The Outsunny gazebo arrived without instructions and all of the screws are out of the sealed package. WHY? Now I have to spend time calling customer service. WHY? GREAT INCONVENIENCE!!

not good quality at all, welds began to break during assembly. holes drilled on the wrong side of parts. after finally assembling. only took a short time before the wind got to it as it was anchored down. the welds broke in more places basically being ripped apart by not so strong winds rendering it useless... money down the drain.

Not sturdy

I can't recommend this one. It didn't even last us the whole summer. One good storm in the gazebo was flipped upside down halfway down the end of my backyard. I think if you're going to install this one you need to ask and reinforcements and wait to make sure it stays in the ground.

My husband and I put this gazebo together and less than two hours. We absolutely love it! The material that it's made out of is a nice thick polyester and not canvas. It started raining yesterday and we noticed that the water just beads right off of it. The price is excellent and we highly recommend this one.

Flimsy & cheap

Very cheap and not worth the money. The metal poles were very flimsy. The very first wind gust over 20 mph and the entire frames bent and collapsed. Ruined. Did not last even three days. All the effort to assemble it and it didn't last. My wife was livid. Do not recommend it at all.

Garden Gazebo

Initially it came with the wrong top, I called after about a week n a half. I got the right top. Love it. Took about 30 min. Need at least two people. The curtains have tie backs and zippers. For the middle section , u have to figure out how curtains zip up and separate, not hard to do. To keep it from moving on windy days, I built a platform from skids, and nailed each pole down, it's best to keep curtains open on windy days. For less movement

The main canvas was tough to get on and ripped...

The main canvas was tough to get on and ripped a little underneath (did not effect anything). This is a wonderful structure to provide much needed shade. The curtain system was very well thought out and designed. I'm hoping that the two canvases come off easily for winter and can be put back up in the spring. The price was very reasonable as well.

FLIMSY & POOR QUALITY welding breaks easy

I would not recommend I purchased in February and received in March the shipping is good however the quality of this item is not. It is poorly welded and extremely flimsy. When putting together the parts do not match up and it takes about 4 ppl to prevent it from bending and breaking due to it being poor material and flimsy. Please do not waste your money. Yes its a nice price but not for the quality.

Surprisingly, this is holding up really well under the Arizona Monsoon season. It took two of us to build and set it up. We "anchored" the 6 legs in decorative flower pots that we poured concrete into the bottoms of and will add plants when we figure out what kind we want to use. We do take the curtains off when we aren't utilizing the gazebo as again, high wind and monsoons but they are easy enough to put up when needed. They also wash up easy. We do not put them in the dryer. Recommend weatherproofing the top as it faded pretty quick and appears to be getting sun damage. The price was right, the build was easy. Lessons learned for when we have to replace it

Easy to assemble at best, however once assembled it was very unstable. I anchored it into the concrete and it still is very unstable. I noticed some of the poles were bent as soon as I opened the box. I thought maybe they were made that way so I went ahead and assembled it however finding that the poles WERE NOT supposed to be that way! The canopy part is NOT waterproof. In fact with the poles being bent there are certain areas on the canopy that actually hold water, lots of water, which has stretched the fabric and now the little pockets that hold the topper in place no longer stay in place. All of the metal from the frame is already rusty and it creeks when even the slightest wind comes through. Very rickety

The product arrived as described, my only complaint was shipping. I got an email product would arrive early and it didn't. Got an email product would arrive on time and it didn't. Got an email product would be arriving late and it did finally arrive, later than expected. Also the instructions are a little vague and there is a link to watch a video on how to assemble the product. Just print the instructions and send them with the kit. I know it's hard to fathom but not everybody has good cell reception where they live. Luckily, my husband is a pretty fart smeller and he was able to figure it out without watching the suggested video.

Cheaper is what you get. I couldn't find somthing in the size I needed for our apt patio. Altho I wasnt expecting it to be smaller, with the overhang yeah it is the size . Just not the frame size thats about a foot shorter seemed to go together well just thin tubing amd crappy canvas that'll last you a season or 2 I guess pending if you take it down in the winter months. . Still not really sure what the steel eyes are all around the canopy about a foot up from the edge are for besides to let the rain in but I conquered that with some plastic push buttons from lowes. The top tier don't cover much as I would have expected that to have more of an overhang over the main canopy part to keep sun amd rain out but yet again, you buy cheap you get cheap. I'll give it a 3 star rating for someone thats short stay renting. Don't expect it to last 5 years or anything but gives you a lil cover and privacy just gotta b mindful of how things work and how to securely tie it down

Filmsy gazebo.

bought this -very excited to receive it. With that said - here goes..... Putting it together was a beast!! the directions were only photos no words. The nuts and screws to put this together were not regular screws that I could use a drill - oh no - it was those terrible allen screws and bolts that every time you go the attach them together the bolt falls out and the tool to attach doesn't always fit into the hole on the screw part. Well after many curse words, it was finally done and anchored with the six inch pegs that go into the ground. We had a 15 m p h windy day . Well one pole broke and the whole thing bent needless to say the six inch pegs did nothing. The curtains provided are too heaving for the poles on this gazebo. So many things wrong I cannot recommend this product - very disappointed. Not sure what to do.

Instructions are worthless

The included instructions were for the wrong model. Even the instructions I pulled down from Home Depot for this model were not right. You have to use your common sense and ingenuity to assemble this. If you dont have a power screwdriver with the proper hex bit, this will take you days to assemble. The frame feel flimsy but once everything is in place it is OK. The curtains DONT fit around the posts, so you have to hang them on the inside. There is no second rail for the fly screens I ordered. The fly screens are much too big although they are made for this model.

This is your go to gazebo for style and price. It is not durable to wind storms. It took my husband and brother in law about 2.5 hours to set this up. It's not difficult, there's just a lot of pieces to put together. As photographed our full size outdoor couch a coffee table, plus a couple small chairs for underneath. In the last year the material did not fade, looked good until it's last day. I took off a star for durability. We had a significant gust of wind during a rain storm and it launched the gazebo about 150 feet across the yard, and the poles snapped off. Super disappointing. I would still buy this again, but somehow secure on the ground next time.

Fantastic and simple upgrade.

Ok, for the price, you can’t beat this product. It’s so cute & practical. The directions say it takes a minimum of 3 people to assemble, but my 4 year old son & I did it ourselves. We didn’t anchor it into the patio like we initially planned because the posts & holes aren’t quite big enough for it, but it needed weighted down. So, instead of sand bags, we put the posts in planters & filled them with rocks. It held up great during a long harsh storm, so, we’re pleased. The curtains are great, too. The zippers are tad flimsy but they’re not used often enough to be concerned by. Over all, this purchase has made me so happy. I have shade from all directions finally & it was truly a fantastic & simple upgrade to our patio.

Great for the price

We live in Phoenix AZ and needed something to get us thru a couple of summers for shade while our trees grow in. We didn't want to spend $**** on something we may take down in two years. So this cabana does the trick. You definitely need two people to put it up. The metal frame is light weight, so don't expect it to hold up to a good whack with a baseball bat. We have had it up during a very windy week, and it's holding up. However, we use 550 cord and 18" lag screws on every single leg to keep it sturdy in wind. We did have one metal piece that was bent a little and another piece missing a hole. My husband is handy and neither of these posed an issue. Husband is hard to please, and he actually liked it once it was all up and tightened down. It is attractive and pleasant.

Still standing despite high-desert winds

I've been wanting to build a pergola on my back patio for years, but there never seems to be the time or money to get it done. With hot, desert winds ready to destroy everything in my yard, I was hesitant about using this, but we needed something without breaking the bank. With the vented canopy, I figured this might stand a chance of not blowing over completely, so I bought it along with the 4-year warranty so I wouldn't be out all of my money if it died before a year or two. We put it up a few weeks ago, & so far, I'm impressed!

Great Value and durable frame

I was looking for a fair priced Gazebo, this product fit the bill. The reviews were a bit mixed but I took a chance and I am glad I did! There were a couple of small dents/dings in some of the frame pieces, but nothing major...it was probably from shipping, the box was super heavy! If you live in a windy area, you may want to sure up the seams on the canopy, but there were no tears and with a few tugs it fit very snug. This model came with the curtains, most have to be purchased separately, so that was a huge plus on this purchase. While 2 of us put this together, you are better off with at least 3 people, which the directions tell you. Overall, this was a great value for the purchase price. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal, but I am very happy with this purchase.

If I can do it, you can do it

Once the gazebo was all together, our deck suddenly became usable instead of a hot as hades getaway... it looks very nice. It has only been up a couple hours and we already have compliments from our neighbors!
