I received this cup and now all the red measurement numbers have disappeared and it just looks like a clear glass cup with a black handle. I don't have the receipt and don't know if crate and barrel with replace it . I am so disappointed for the price I paid for the cup. Maybe crate and barrel and look back for my purchase of the cup using my credit card. UGH!!!!

The packaging was very poor. NO bubble wrap at all and not placed in a separate box. I will be submitting a claim. Absolutely poor!!

I got an oxo measuring cup on Amazon, and for some reason the lines came off in the dishwasher. Maybe it was because I used that special powder to get off calcium buildup. But all I had to do was send them a picture and they sent me a replacement without question. Great company.

Easy to read measurements and no slip handle. Says it’s shatter proof. Hope I never have to find out, because I love this measuring cup!

Improved design

I often use my measuring cup in the microwave and the padded handle on my new cup is a useful improvement.

Not up to Oxo Standards

The cup was bought to replace a Pyrex 4 quart measuring cup. I used it to boil water in the microwave for tea. The measuring numbers totally came off the Pyrex cup. The main reason I bought the Oxo measuring cup was to see if the cup could pour without liquid running around the spout to the cup bottom. The Oxo cup still allows water to flow around the spout to the cup bottom. Disappointed in this product.
