I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. The product itself is stylish, modern, sturdy, and very easy to change the roll.

It is loud if not installed perfectly.

Definitely expensive for a toilet paper holder but it the manufacturing quality, fit, and finish are way above average. It is a very chunky piece, and goes well with the luxury quality of this particular project. Shipping was fast and pricing very competitive from Zoro.
