Spent so much money with Kohler on sinks and faucets for both bathrooms and kitchen and the customer service while being nice on the phone had no idea where things were and continually sent wrong products. Contractor even said they’d never work with Kohle

Great quality budget faucet

The Kohler faucet is a nice faucet for those on a budget!

I specifically chose a faucet that specified 'Metal touch-activated drain with 1-1/4" tailpiece'. It wasn't until after it was installed that I found out it did not have the touch-activated drain!! It had the very antiquated pull-up behind the faucet that raises and lowers the drain. That type usually fails and interferes with storage under the sink. Very disappointed that for the high price, this faucet was not as advertised.

Beautiful, but………

Everything is great but water spots are always visible each time someone uses the sink. I constantly have to use a cloth to get rid of them

Modern Kohler Set

Beautiful set - very sleek and modern. The set is heavy - Kohler quality. Unfortunately, I had to return the set because another piece in the set (tub filler purchased separately) did not work out in the bathroom remodel, but Build.com made the return and purchase of the replacement Kohler set a breeze.

MANUFACTURE DEFECT

HAD A PLUMBER TRY TO PUT THIS IN 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THE WATER GUSHED OUT FROM UNDERNEATH THE HANDLES. THE WATER LINES WERE EASILY TWISTED WHEN THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TWISTED CAUSEING THE DEAL TO BREAK.

Will I ever get my faucets?

I ordered faucets October 2023, and still waiting 7 months later. I keep getting updated emails telling me there is yet ANOTHER delay. Now they say another 2 months, but they haven’t met any of the deadlines promised the last 5 times.

Waiting on this product for almost 9 months!!

Kohler, what is happening here. How is there even a review for this product??! Have been waiting with my distributor for this product planned all around these Parallel sink faucets and 9 months later my master bath is still without sinks, what a nightmare, shame on you Kohler.

Nicest Faucets I Evered Owned

Absolutely awesome faucet It's funny that every time I begin using it, I feel joy. So much better than our previous faucets. We have two in the master bath and a black one in the guest bath. Thanks Kohler
