Beautiful rug but problems...

I ordered this rug to go under my kitchen table and was so pleased with the quality and color that I ordered the same exact one to go in an adjacent room. When the second one arrived I realized it had no border and the color was completely different. When I contacted rugs usa they told me it was just due to variation and that I would have to keep the rug or pay to have it shipped back. After speaking with a few people in customer service and sending in the picture to show it was a completely different rug, they agreed to ship it back and refund my money. I still would love to have the correct rug but not willing to roll the dice again with the rug or customer service telling me this is a one time courtesy, as if they were doing me a favor accepting the wrong rug back into their inventory. So just beware that your rug might not arrive looking like the picture and they will tell you its due to "variations"
