The warranty is not helpful If something is wrong.

Consequently, we have a broken brand new light and no recourse for repair or replacement,

Nice lamp! Great size. I used three 60w equivalent LED bulbs and was shocked at how much light it gives off. Not just the front porch, but about twenty feet out into the yard. Only downside would be the hole cover included (this went into what was a high hat/recessed light outlet, and the piece that fits flush to the ceiling was too small on it's own). I wish it was a bit larger and had been painted brown to match the lamp. It was white, and now I need to paint it myself.

Looks great above front door. Lights area well Have to take apart to change bulbs. We put LED bulbs in and hope they last the promised 12 years

Beautiful - only one small issue

I had this light professionally installed so I can't comment on installation. It looks beautiful on my back porch. My only issue, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that the gauge of the chain is a little light in proportion to the fixture. It chould have had a slightly more substantial chain. I put 180 lumen LED equivalents instead of incandescent candelabra bulbs. Looks great and lights up well.
