Confusing instructions

Assembly was fairly easy but once you get to the button panel controls may as well be looking at trigonometry all the button sequences to get to the menu and set it how you want reminds me of secret codes on a NES game all I wanted was the thing to feed my dogs once a day at 8:30am I also bought the 2 way splitter because we have four dogs. When I came home today, the two bowls on each side were almost overflowing with so much dog food that feeder just happily kept on feeding in them and feeding them and feeding them, we took the batteries out and reset it hopefully now it will just do the a.m. feeding for the dogs for the day. Those are the instructions and portions suggested for our dogs on the bag..

Great solution for multiple cats

The meal splitter was a great solution that saved us the cost of purchasing an extra feeder for our cats. The divider works well to keep them focused on their own bowl and prevents any disputes even though they are close to each other. The first few days we used the divider, the cat that finished their food the fastest would want to go around the divider and try to eat the other cats food. However, with only a few days of monitoring them closely and making the first cat walk away, we were able to get the first cat to walk away on their own every time now without any food fights. We also had an initial issue with a cat occasionally moving the bowl from under the feeding chute and the next meal would be dispensed all over the floor. We quickly solved this by attaching adhesive cabinet door bumpers to the bottom of the bowls so they don't slide on the wood floor.
