Kittens drink from it with no problem. Very quiet running.

Always have water

This is our 4th fountain. I am replacing a stainless one with this new design. My cats love them. I always see them drinking water so I know they are staying hydrated. Highly recommend.

Easy assembly, low noise, no bad smells!

A while back, I bought a water fountain that was a mix of plastic and stainless steel from another brand While the reviews were great, I could smell a bad odor just walking by, after not even a day of use. It even had filters and I replace the water often.

I could assemble it.

So far it is exactly what I wanted. My dog and cat are both using it. It is ceramic just like I wanted.

Game Changer!

Just purchased and received this for our two cats and we love it! It’s VERY quiet and SO easy to out together; looks great; they like it. The game changer is that almost all of the parts are dishwasher safe! Wow!! What a time-saver! Like it so much I just bought our second.

We like the ceramic better than metal. Nice to be able to throw it in the dishwasher. It took a day for Prince Willy to get used to it but he's drinking more water more frequently which was the objective. We've seen the pump on other devices and feel that's a plus. I've cleaned it twice, no problems.

Why did they change the fountain to this ?

I was an avid fan of the water fountain this company offered before this one. I was moving and ordered a new fountain to have at new place. This new fountain is much smaller than the prior fountain that is of the same design. I had the extra 2 types of filters on hand already and was happy they were of use in the new fountain.

Pump stopped working

The pump stopped working after 3 months.

Accumulated a lot of gunk in the filter. Even with consistent maintenance, I had to replace the motor 3 times in 2 years. Finally threw it away, not worth it for me.

Love - Nearly Silent

This is the quietest fountain I've had (I've tried a lot). Its only audible when the water level is low - which is nice because it's a reminder to fill it. But even then it's not very loud. Like all fountains, the pump is a pain to clean, but the rest just goes in the dishwasher. All the cats seem to like it.
