Should have done it sooner!

There was an instant change in how often my cats eat, they use to mostly just graze their food every once and a while but now they take their time. They seem to much more comfortable eating now and I wish I would have switched their bowls sooner! I also absolutely love how it has a grip on the floor and doesn't go sliding every where!

Nice food bowls

Really like these bowls. They are a good height , my two kitties took to using them right away. I do have one challenge though; the silicone bands on the bottoms of the bowls don't stay put very well & once they come off, they are difficult to get back on again. Maybe someone could upgrade these bowls to have the silicone permanently adhered to thr bowls??

Tilted bowls

I ordered 4 of these. My cut licks her canned food. She licks it then it sticks to bottom of bowl. With these it keeps the food up sideways (kinda). It works. I also put dry food in them, then she doesn’t bend over to eat. Sometjomes I see her sitting to eat out of them(that is so cute).

great product! wonderful design!

This bowl is one of the best pet products I've every purchased. It's a wonderful height for our older kitty. It is made of very sturdy porcelain with a really nice smooth finish that doesn't scratch or crack. We have the small straight one from this company as well, which is also very nice, but this wide shallow bowl is much better for avoiding whisker fatigue, and for making it easy for our finicky eater to find and finish all her wet food. At first I thought the angle would make it hard to keep the food in the bowl, but it has a nice little rounded lip that is just right for keeping the food in place without trapping it where a tongue can't easily reach it. (I don't think it would work as well for dry food.) We've tried many different bowls, and this one is definitely her favorite. Our other kitties also love it so I need to buy more!

Worked great for our senior missing part of his lower jaw

We adopted a senior chihuahua 18 months ago and he is missing part of his lower jaw, and also has no teeth. Regular dog bowls just didn't work. I purchased a flat elevated cat bowl and that worked pretty well (until my husband dropped it), so I decided to give this bowl a try. I would say that this bowl worked even better for him.

Great raised bowl

Wasn’t sure how our 16 year old cat would like this tilted bowl. But when his flat one got broken I thought we’d try this one. He loves it! It beeps the wet food in the bowl better and since we add a little water it keeps it moist longer. This has kept the mat and wall cleaner & our kitty content.

Great bowls

Love this addition to our home. My two cats have adjusted to these nicely. I've noticed less vomiting from both cats. They seem to appreciate ceramic bowls more than metal. I also use the bowls to hold water and my cats have been preferring this to their water fountain. I will probably get a couple more. Very easy to clean and very cute.

Works if you're tired of cleaning cat puke

Haven't had to clean up cat puke since i've switched bowls. My cat is a fast eater and shovels down food as quick as you put it in her bowl and she has no interest in those puzzle bowls to slow her down. Thebonly thing that's changed is her bowl so I can only attribute this to the reason why there's no more puke. I wish it came with a screw on top bowl so i can just clean that instead of the whole thing but as long as it works I'm happy.

Perfect for medicated water

I bought this raised dish to give my cat some meds that go in water. It holds the water up nice and high, but isn't so deep that I have to use a ton of medicine. It could easily work for either wet or a small amount of dry food. My kitty loves it and took to it right away. Excellent purchase.

Love this Product

My cat finds this bowl easy to eat out of. She is about 5 years old. I adopted her about 3 years ago. She doesn’t struggle with eating. I just like this concept - and I believe her digestion will be better served with a tilted bowl. Additionally, her whiskers aren’t cramped in a small dish. AMAZING Product

Not for short cats

These are great bowls as long as your cat isn’t too small/short. I love the concept and my daughter’s kitty is enjoying hers. However, my little tuxedo cat is stout and her little legs made it uncomfortable for her to eat her food. No problem though as I donated my tall bowls to a shelter as Chewy always suggests.

I wanted to try these raised cat food bowls for sometime now. Wow ! What a difference they make for my Persians and Exotics who can now eat and digest their food more easily, the rubber sleeve helps keep the dish in one place too. They always finish all their wet /raw food completely and without the need for face washing. Will DEFINITELY by some more.

Outstanding

Roux is a 12.5 year old Coton, 13.6 lbs, and an enlarged heart pushing on his esophagus. Bending down was stressing his throat. This bowl is perfect for him - the angle allows him to reach across the bowl without any pressure at all on his throat. The rubber piece that fits on the bottom holds the bowl securely in place on the floor

Good Bowl but Only holds 1 cup Not the 2 it states in the description.

My dog had 13 teeth taken out then had a rare side effect from the anesthesia & had a stricter with throat narrowing from an esophageal gastric reflux that has completely changed & almost took her life. She has lost 20lbs, but was overweight by 10lbs; which actually saved her from disappearing. Eating with the standard food bowl on an elevated platform wasn’t working. This bowl has made it so she can eat all her food & it doesn’t get all all over the floor or run out the side of her face from the lower jaw where she has no teeth. My only complaint is it said it was 2 cup capacity which it is not & only holds 1 full cup. I’m glad I got 2 of these bowls. I wish they’d make a larger size to hold 2, 3 full cups but this was better than anything else out there so I’m glad I ordered 2. This was not a set of 2 bowls either; you only get 1 bowl for $26.99. I thought that was overpriced for only holding 1 cup of food. They really need to make these for all sized dogs because a lot of dogs out here could really benefit from this style & they are very well made & not cheaply & the silicone lip on the bottom keeps it from moving & the fact it’s dishwasher & microwave safe is a plus. Especially since my dog likes her food warmed up.

Pricey but worth it

I use these specifically for morning wet food. The height and angle allows the cats to easily eat without whisker burn or leaning over and the silicone base at the bottom prevents it from scooting around.

Great for smaller dogs

I bought this to see if it would help my senior Shih Tzu when her eating decreased dramatically. This made a huge difference! I think the constant neck strain was too much for her 14 year old bones. She is now eating regularly again.

My dog is old with no teeth and this bowl helped her to eat

My dog had most of her teeth pulled and she can't get to her food that is in the outer crevice of a traditional bowl. I thought she was wasting food but turned out that she couldn't grab it. After getting this bowl, she is gaining weight again and looking healthier because there are no sides where she has to grab the food. It's smooth.

Our senior cat loves it!

Our fur baby is very picky. So, I accidentally broke her plate and she hardly ate out of the other ones we offered. So I decided to take the plunge and buy this one. When it is empty she guards it while waiting for feeding time. She even supervises the washing of her plate. She is very happy and so are we.

Fancy cat bowls

These bowls are so beautiful! They have a pretty design on them. They are made of porcelain and elevated and tilted so kitty doesn’t get sick. So far they work great, very stylish too. My cats are very “bougie” now!
