only the shower diversion handle worked all others stayed on continuously

So the product overall was easy to install, but nothing like the older version I had in my shower. It’s made cheap and the cold water knob rubber piece came broken so I had to fix that ontop of everything too but it wasn’t horrible just annoyed at the fact I ordered a new part and it came broken for the price I paid.

Lost money searching for handles I never found so I returned this worthless VB. I learned Pfister sent its production to China/Mex and are no longer a top supplier. My BF been a plumber 50+yrs, his plumbing business is our tri-states largest. He says Pfister was a leading supplier for rental properties & older homes most his life but Pfister sold. Low price parts, good quality, sold everywhere & drop shipped fast! He recommended them till Pfister sold to corp investors & sealed its own fate. RIP

Exactly what I needed to finish my plumbing job! I was totally disappointed when that other place had my fixtures but not the valve body. I was so pleased to get the valve body at Home Depot and delivery was so quick!

Why did the valve break up with the pipe. It just couldn't handle the pressure anymore.. another man's trash is another man's treasure a new young buck valve came in and it was a splash the new couple (hd valve ) worked perfect together perfect replacement..

It was missing a couple of the pieces we had to call them and have them supposedly overnight them but it took a week

When installing the body and faucet. The cold water leaks.

The stems were too short and there are no generic replacements and no replacements in the store or online. If Home Depot had products in the store I could have seen this but they only had one option online and zero options in the store.

Item is still in box untouched this experience of ordering was horrible it went from 3-5 day delivery before purchase to 5-7 after paying but in reality it was almost 3 weeks before this item arrived from the Ga warehouse for a 400 mile delivery I was forced to come up with another solution after waiting 9 days with no delivery in sight I feel like returning the item but kept it

The only reason for a poor rating is, it was impossible to find escuchons and handles for it. It is a well-built and quality valve body, but I checked everywhere I could think of and could not find the hardware to fit it.
