It is a nice looking tub set. My issue was because of a delayed project I was outside the return time when I installed the set and the handle snapped off. I was sent off to the manufacturer for redress with Wayfair taking no responsibility. It is three weeks later and no end in sight for when the tub might be functional. Not happy with that delay. I will say Pfister was attentive (just sent the wrong part and it arrived badly damaged so sent back to square one). I would caution using Wayfair when the products are being used for projects with variable installation dates that will extend beyond the period in which Wayfair will help. It is fine if you know for certain you will be using the product within the return window. That said, shipping for most larger project items is rather lengthy so it can be hard to judge timing....maybe just too hard. I'm prettty frustrated with this and a couple of other items I have ordered from Wayfair that arrived (or did not arrive) with various problems. Zero stars, as the remediation is holding up the entire project (with the other taps installed I can't do much but wait). But Pfister was good, even if it seems it will require two tries to get the part. Pfister gets a star, on this one Wayfair gets zero stars.

Gave it 3stars because not yet installed - plumber just left with unfinished install. The problem is due to having purchased wrong valve due to incorrect information - the valve number just given to me by pfister is 0X6-440R. Otherwise, this product is beautiful and feels like quality. Info says to only use damp cloth to clean - no chemicals - to protect the lifetime finish warranty. Plumber said pfister products overall have repair issues that are not standard parts. I'm looking forward to having this beautiful piece installed and praying no problems.
