Bought the venturi 5 years ago and my wife just love it ... got in touch with the company to see if the hose and spray head was still warranty.....3 days latter got the parts....will never buy anything else....

Breaks

The hose broke and leaked water all over under my cabinet!!! Been trying to find a replacement hose but don't seem to find it. Very disappointed.

Huge hose and head leaks spoils my cabinet

The kitchen faucet head sprayer rubber is all broken and water is leaking from the head from the hose connection. Additionally, I had a big water leak under the sink due to a huge leak from the hose. This brand new faucet came with the kitchen in our house purchase and am really disappointed to see the leaks. Leak has already spoilt my wood under the sink which is added cost that I have to deal with in replacement.

Don’t buy

Very Bad made, the hose started leaking now and the part is not available in any stores. So we need to replace the entire faucet Really waste of money. I tried multiple places and Universal hose don’t work with this model So Please stay away.

The faucet is well built easy to use and has a nice stream flow both with regular and the sprayer use.

Beautiful faucet

We had this same sink and the hose sprung a leak. So happy that we found the same match (especially after it was installed and works perfectly)!

Junk quality products, never buy this junk brand again

Not a well designed hose.

I bought the Venturi pull down kitchen faucet, and admittedly, it looks great in the kitchen. It soon became apparent that the hose eventually leaks at the joints and needs replacing. The problem is I can't find a replacement hose.

Needed to replace a hose and sprayer

This is the 3 rd time i call for replacement of the parts and they are amazing. Done with no issues. Definitely recommend

Paid top Dollar didn't last

I love the looks of this faucet. It's beautiful but poorly made. We bought it in 2017 and within a year, the rubber on the spray button was wearing a hole in it. As reported by other reviewers it now it slowly(about 20 seconds)turns off when you turn the handle to hot. I'll be trying a different brand for it replacement.

Functions poorly

I’ve had this faucet for 3 years. First replacement part was needed because when turning faucet to hot water the faucet would slowly shut off. After part was replaced it happened again in less than a year. I have other issues with the sprayer and the pull down hose. I cannot keep hiring someone to replace parts. Pfister does not have a money back guarantee, not even a partial refund for defective faucets. Judging by the other reviews this faucet has always had problems. I paid hundreds of dollars for the look of this faucet and it’s junk. I don’t want another pfister kitchen faucet, I will buy another brand. Extremely disappointed that there is not a money back guarantee.

Looks Fantastic but can't find replacement parts!

loved the look and installs easily but after 3 years the pullout hose is leaking. Not a big deal if I could find the replacement part. Can't get ahold of customer service to order a new one. Been trying for a week. What kind of customer service is this? I am a plumber and typically suggest customers buy Pfister products however this recent issue has made me consider finding a different company. Please Help!!! I need part number 951-285

Leaking all over from the handle and rubber peeling off of nozzle JUNK JUNK JUNK

Yikes, 2nd repair in 2 years!

I bought this faucet a couple of years ago and it worked fine for the first year. A year of use and when we were using the hot water, the handle would slowly go up, turning the water off. I called and got a replacement part. I had to get a plumber in b/c the tool they sent me to get the old gasket out didn't fit. Now, the hose has sprung a leak. I'll be calling on Monday for a replacement hose. I hope I don't have to call in a plumber for this fix.

Sleek, Slim and Attractive

We bought the Venturi model in 2017 and it worked like a champ for about two and one/half years. Then recently the base got loose which was quickly followed by a leaky (and frayed) hose then another leak from the handle. We tightened the base but called Pfister since this model had a lifetime warrenty. I waited just over five minutes (just waited over two hours with the Post Office) and was pleased to hear a clear voice answer. He was direct and polite and explained the warrenty covered the hose and the cartiage. We were happy to hear both will come in the mail in about two weeks. What a great relief. We will be able to keep our great looking kitchen faucet and will get it in new working order soon. Thank you Pfister! We love a happy ending.

Disappointed!

I purchased this model a little less than 2 yrs ago because it appeared to be one of the 'top of the line' models from Pfister and I must say I'm disappointed thus far. Within the first year I had to replace a gasket because the faucet head was clogged from the broken bits of rubber. A few months later, I had to replace a brass part where the base and handle meet because the loose faucet would shut-off on its own after about 20 seconds. Today, I'm ordering/replacing the pull-down hose because there's an apparent hole that squirts water out to the side.
