The Color is Not As Advertised

I’m not sure why this happens but once again I ordered a rug and as soon as I unrolled it, it was obvious that the colors were not what the description said it was. This rug is most definitely not cream, it is gray. I included a picture of one of their own pictures that shows the rug next to a cream chair. I guess if I had paid attention to their own photos, I would have seen that the rug is gray and blue. I gave it two stars because the pattern is nice but if the colors are wrong, the pattern doesn’t really matter.
