I received one as a gift, and was very hopeful. I followed the instructions and I found that the parts you have to twist do get very hot, and i couldn't get the brew to work properly

Moto camping

Bought it hoping it would be a great all in one coffee maker for motorcycle camping and traveling. I was not disappointed. I've had it for more than a year and I use it everyday not just on camping trips. It's not perfect but what is. Would I buy another one? Yes, totally worth the money.

Lovely but annoying :)

Although pipamoka is very useful in my daily life, I have a serious problem with using it. It takes a lot of force to make coffee with this product! or am I doing it wrong?!!

wow i am so amazed when I opened the package, everything is so premium. from the bubble wrap the manual, box carrying pouch. haven't tried it yet but surely this is perfect for my travel

Difficult

It is too difficult to twist. My wrist hurts trying to twist. And there is no grip for the bottom part of the cup to help with the grip it is slippery. The top does not seal good either, it is pretty much useless.

Good product, but some defects

Although the quality of the product is excellent, and the coffee result is very good, there are certain issues that both the manufacturer of the pipamoka and the user should take into account when selling the product and using it.

It's a wonderful portable coffee maker and something I would take on a hike/camp/picnic. I give it 4-stars because I have mild arthritis in both hands affecting my grip. Turning the orange control ring was arduous. I had to wrap a silicon square around the mug to provide a counter grip when turning the orange ring, which was difficult. Don't recommend for elderly or ones who have low muscle strength in hands.

This is amazing and makes good coffee! It's also very portable. All you need are coffee grounds and boiling water. Great buy!

think twice before ordering sale items online

this review is more for Nordstrom's service than the item. I was so excited to get this. But I received a box that was previously returned, because there were stickers dating back to 10/6/23, 2of 3,etc when I had only ordered 2 items on my order and got it yesterday, 11/3/23. It's missing the scoop and brush and they no longer have the item in stock. So I have to use the incomplete set or get a refund. This is not the first time I've ordered online and wanted the correct item and they no longer had it in stock.

So easy to use. The quality of the coffee made is excellent. Drink keeps warm for hours.

Life-Saver for World Travel

I travel very extensively worldwide to lecture for work. Often times, I am up early and in desperate need of coffee in the morning. Having the ability to brew my own coffee on the fly has completely changed my outlook on living out of a bag for weeks at a time. Also, many countries/regions of the world do not share my coffee obsession - so I bring my own ground coffee along and I am able to have a convenient way to have a taste of home when I’m away from my creature comforts and family. It also doesn’t hurt that the products are extremely well made and have an incredibly beautiful aesthetic. Thank you so much!
