I absolutely love this! I was used to using a pizza stone, but this is SO much better! Gets super hot, and HOLDS temp which is great when making multiple pizzas for parties and guests. Makes beautiful, crisp crust in less than 6 minutes. Beware-it’s really heavy. This is a plus, but I was still unprepared for just how heavy it was. So consider yourself warned. Overall this is a terrific piece of cooking equipment.

Pizza was done in 8 minutes - this was a handmade 10" - this method is ideal! No more camping out watching through the oven window thinking you'll starve!!

Life changing pizza apparatus!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I used to work at a cafe where I’d bake pizzas in a brick oven. I have never had the desire to cook pizza at home, because nothing really compares to the experience or taste of a brick oven pizza.

It’s okay

I’ve used this about 3 times hoping each time it would be better, it doesn’t get better. It doesn’t get nearly hot enough. I’ve left it to warm for 30-45 mins and same results. Not crispy enough.

Best pizza I’ve ever made

I don’t usually leave reviews for items but I felt compelled to do so for the Pizza Steel Hack. The PSH made the best pizza I’ve ever had. The bottom was crispy without being overdone and was just perfect. This has really upped my pizza game!

SO COOL! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a cool product! We made pizza at home for the first time, and it was SO good. (I used to bake pizzas in a brick oven at a cafe, and this was a similar experience) Each pizza cooked in about 3.5 to 4 minutes, and it’s wasn’t a thin crust either! I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys baking pizza at home, or to anyone who has never tried. The only things I would mention, is to make sure your pizza is floured well on the bottom so it doesn’t stick to the peel when you’re transferring to the pizza stone.

Amazing Crust!

I can't believe how much we all liked the pizza! Pre-heated oven for 30-45 min to get the steel pre-heated and then set the oven to broil. 3.5-4 minutes was perfection! I love the handles, the steel is heavy, and they are a great addition. The pizza peel is easy to clean and store. Highly recommend.
