Too much fiddling
Doesn't come out of the box looking like the picture. The the bulbs sit above the top of the rim of the shade, hung in a stairwell visible from the upstairs hallway, it looks ridiculous. Spent a lot of time on a 10 foot ladder adjusting and leveling the cables to pull the bulbs into the shade. The bulbs are mounted on a flexible joint at the base of the rod, and it doesn't balance, so it sits crooked. Needed to add weights to the reflector plate to level it out. Its a nice fixture, but it just took too much fiddling to get it to look right. If you can only see it from below, its probably fine out of the box.
