Our plumber told us it was manufactured wrong. The cold side doesn’t run properly.

Beautiful faucet, looks absolutely amazing in my new kitchen

Defective out of the box Will not buy this brand again. Both faucets purchased from Newport Brass were defective.

The faucet vibrates with. Loud chattering noise while the side spray leaks on to the counter surface using either cold or hot. The leak ruined our new sink cabinet. Installed by high end plumber and he cannot believe it. Customer service refused to replace the faucet but wants to send us a new cold water cartridge. Poor quality control né poorer customer service.

Seriously high quality. Heavy. Looks amazing. Main reason we ordered this was it was one of the very few that the side sprayer was also made of brass and not garbage plastic like most other faucets. Highly recommend

Poor Design/Quality For Price

The design of this faucet is extremely poor for the price. We have had two of these installed within the last 8 months. The first faucet had levers that severely rotated in the wrong direction and the side sprayer leaked large amounts of water each use. Customer service replaced the faucet, but the new one has one loose lever and one that still rotates too far back. The faucet also leaks for a few minutes after each use.

This faucet has been in use since May, 2020. Almost from the start, the finish started to turn cloudy. I have never used anything but spring water to wipe it dow with—not exaggerating—and I am beyond disappointed, especially for the exorbitant price. I have treated it with kid gloves and now in under 2 years, it looks awful.

Beautiful chrome faucet

I love this faucet! The quality is the best and not what you find these days. It reminds me of the old faucets because it is shiney chrome and heavy duty. My plummer was quite impressed with it and commented on the hand sprayer being solid and not plastic like most these days.
