After drilling holes into my brand new shower tile, we attached the grab bar. The escutcheons (or caps) would not fit onto the attached metal, eventhough there were 3 "divets". The caps were smooth and had nothing to grip the wall attachement. We called Delta to ask for a solution and we were offered absolutely no advise. Sadly, I have always purchased Delta over other brands, but this product and reaction from Delta has changed my mind about their products. The unit was returned....
