arrived with Broken glass globe

I liked this product and it was shipped quickly and a fair price, but the glass globe was broken. I request a RMA 3 times on their website over 14 days and still have not received any RMA, but i've recieved 4 requests to review the product and provide feedback. Very poor return process and service.

48” 3/4 down rod

The rod came, wrapped and boxed perfectly. I was excited to put up my new fan. After I opened it, it was 1/2 “ and not 3/4” oh well, I’ll keep looking, and getting a return or talk with a human is very difficult. I’ll try to use the return system?

Exactly what I needed, but could not find anywhere slse.

The down rod looks fine and was packed well this time. I had to reorder as the first one I received was missing from the tube it was shipped in. One of the ends of the tube had come off so assume the rod ended up taking a trip somewhere else. Customer service was amazing and not only replaced it quickly, but gave me an additional discount for my trouble! I'm using this in a house that's currently being built, so can't really speak to how it works yet.

Received it soon after I ordered it but then discovered my new chandelier didn't call for one so am returning. Was sent shipping info promptly which makes the return very simple and easy.

This is 1", not 3/4"

Do not buy if you need 3/4" the specifications listed are incorrect. This rod is a full 1" in diameter.

Had trouble putting it together as I thought it would break. Cheap plastic.

The downrod fans are exactly what you'd expect. I like that they come in many different finishes to match fans perfectly.

I ordered an 18" down

I ordered an 18" down rod, and then upon the advice of the electrician, quickly cancelled the order. At the same time of canceling one length, I ordered a 24" down rod.

Just What I Needed

The Item was the exact size we needed to move our ceiling fan up. The original downrod had the fan hanging to low and we wanted to bring it up higher.

downrod for symbio fan

The finish of the downrod does not match the brushed nickel of the fan. Its not a big deal to me but might be to someone else.

It is the wrong color. I thought it would be bright brass and I am not able to return it online. I have been told that I must go into the store to return it and with the virus I do not want to go in the store.

All of the other sized ceiling fan down rods were threaded for connecting to the fans. Not this one.
