Probably a Nice Unit, But Kohler Shipped Me Used Junk

So the overall quality of a new product is probably good, but Kohler shipped us a cardboard box with a busted up product box inside. Parts were re-wrapped in plastic wrap, and parts were previously installed crooked. No idea if they are stripped. Probably.

This has to be one of the best showering products on the market! The Awaken Deluxe slidebar with integrated water supply is an all in one solution. We didn't need to buy additional caps or water supply. Really helped eliminate additional clutter on the wall. My kids enjoy lowering the handshower for their shorter height while showering. We will be using this again in our next project.
