The worst faucets I could imagine

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The flipper who did our house used them in the primary bathroom and both need replacing less than two years in. The LED failed in both after about four months; the faucets get clogged constantly with debris that filters typically collect - but without a filter, that stuff is just coming out into your toothbrush water; and the knobs constantly come loose of their seal because of the design of the turning mechanism. Stay far, far away!

Just scored an amazing deal on this fantastic faucet from Target. Installation was a breeze, and I'm loving every aspect of it. The design is sleek, the functionality is top-notch, and overall, it's just a really nice addition to my space. Highly satisfied with this item!

Nice fawset set but both hot and cold leaked. Not happy paying a lot of money and then having to fix it myself. Never again.

Junk. Do not buy!

The led lights stopped working on one of the faucets about 3-4 months after install. I also noticed a high pitched noise from one of the faucets (the one with the led not working) whenever its in use. Terrible product.

It looks great, very sleek and pretty. Of course you can't see the colors when the lights are on. It's very cool though. The only thing bad I would have to say about it is that it sprays out of the sink when it hits the bottom of the sink/stopper. It's not too bad though.

Do not believe the whole warranty that they are stating. The lights stopped working after 9 months. I reached asking to buy the part but they are insisting that I show them a receipt. Seriously who saves receipts for a faucet from a year ago? Like I said I never asked for a free replacement I offered to buy the part.

Both the Fixtures and Customer Service Were Great

We ordered two of these for our two-sink bathroom, and we're very happy with the purchase. The only problem was that one of the braided supply lines was missing its washer on the female end, and the lines are not the standard female/female. I couldn't find a replacement or an appropriate washer locally, so I emailed BWE customer service and they immediately shipped me a new line at no charge. The fixtures are great, and the customer service was exemplary. Totally satisfied.

Contemporary look beautiful - Lights dont work

Love the chrome, contemporary, waterfall look. The only issue I have is the lights barely worked once installed, and now (a week later) do not work at all. Other than the lack of led colors, its a nice faucet.

I love this faucet, however I’m on a well with low pressure so it doesn’t flow out as a waterfall but a stream off to the left. Make sure you have enough water pressure for it. It didn’t say anything about that when I read through product specifications and I didn’t want to pay another plumber to come out and switch it. But it looks amazing and is high quality
