Bait and switch

The item I received had a different model number than the one on the web site. The one on the web had a greater gpm flow rate. I could have bought the same shower head they sent me anywhere for less. I returned it and I’m still waiting for a refund.

Leaky Showerhead

This showerhead leaked shortly after installation. Within less than a year it had to be replaced. There is also a manufactured hole at the ball where water sprays out. I was told that needs to be turned up but water still comes out

Excellent showerhead

A couple of months ago I replaced this same model except it was a 2.5 gpm head with this one which uses only 1.75 gpm. I enjoy taking long showers and with the previous model I would end up using all the hot water my tank could provide. Now, that is no longer a problem.

Easy to install and a great size. So far good water pressure.

Kohler Polished Brass Shower Head

Nice looking and low gpm rating. No water shut-off, otherwise it would get 5-stars.

Flow restricted no more!

On installing this showerhead, I noticed a diminished flow compared to my previous showerhead. Upon further inspection, I found there is a tiny o-ring under the debris collection filter, which, when removed, opens up the flow magnificently. I'm guessing this is the difference between their 2.5 gpm model, which is unavailable in California.

Great Shower Experience

I am very pleased with the shower head because of its larger spray area which covers more of my body at once than the shower head replaced.
