Leaks badly at swivel joint
This product leaked badly at the swivel joint the moment we started using it. Looks like ti came with a bad O ring.
What an improvement from the shower head I had before. Feels like rain I love it!

Showerhead not Brushed Nickel
Just received showerhead, every thing packaged well, only issue is the finish is polished brass not Brushed Nickel as per auction description. I might try to paint it.

Nice large flow
I replaced my 19 year old K8506 shower head with the Alteo and like the change. Even though I like a hard shower stream this head is a nice combination of hard and soft. This daisy head water stream covers my whole body now w/o being too whimpy. The water flow actually sparkles in the light. My wife likes it too. I am an architect and will spec this shower head for my clients now. Make sure you get the 2.5gpm head vs. the 2.0gpf.
Just what we expected. Used one in a hotel. Liked it. Got home and ordered 2.
