Great shower kit! I just wish now that I bought in black instead of satin nickel.

plastic - product quality concern

This might have been obvious to others, but I expected a metal shower head, with trim and valve lever. Many of the components are fully plastic. I ordered online from Kohler but it's incredibly difficult to return without calling in during limited business hours. I purchased what I believe to be a higher quality shower head from this same website and paid for express shipping to stay on time. Sounds like I will need to pay the return shipping fees which is frustrating.

Water temp isn't high enough

Not sure if it's the way the plumbers installed it, but the water temperature is too cold when the water is set to its hottest. Is there a way (or set of instructions) to adjust the temperature control internally? This model doesn't have the documentation on the product page, as others do.

Perfect for my new shower.

plastic part

We have not installed and will likely try a different model. The plate that is between the handle and the wall is plastic. Not wild about that in our renovation.
