Very nice looking junk.

This faucet was used in the updated kitchen of our newly purchase home. We were thrilled with hands-free technology. Turns out, this product is the Mercedes/BMW of faucets; pretty and expensive, but ultimately junk and a hassle.

Horrible design, constant issues with spray head

We are in a new consytructionhome and installed this Beale four years ago. We call AS once every 9-12 months to order a replacement head. The issue starts with low pressure, then a squeal, then a drip of water. If you wrap a rubber band around the head to apply pressure to the button that adjusts the water from a steady stream to a spray that will provide a short term fix. We have had two different plumbers look at this and the fix is always a replacement. AS is always great to deal with but this is getting old. DON'T BUY this model.

Didn't last for 2 years

The spray nozzle head is malfunctioning and water pressure is too low at the head. Not worth the high cost of this faucet. See the pictures. I thought the inlet water pressure is too low or there might be clogs in the filters. I removed the filters and cleaned up everything and tested the inlet water pressure, everything looks good as seen from the flow when the spray head is removed.

Design needs serious work

First, the base of this faucet is tear-drop shaped - so be aware that if you have a tight flange on your sink, it takes up far more room then it appears to in the pictures. The escutcheon plate that covers the edge of the sink is north of 2" so it needs a lot of room.

Good looking and functional faucet

I'm delighted with my Beale Pull-Down Faucet with hands-free technology. I like being able to use it manually or hands-free. I like the ease of changing from a stream to a spray with the touch of a button. I tend to use it most manually because I forget to leave the hands-free option turned on.

Beale Touchless Kitchen Faucet Hits All the Marks

I recently specified this faucet in the stainless steel finish for one of my clients. The sleek minimalist styling was a perfect accent for her kitchen. It was very easy to install with clear directions. We love the hands free option which works like a charm. I was also impressed with the sturdy feel of the magnetic docking system. No More Dangly Faucet Head

Just put in my new Beale pull-down kitchen faucet with selectronic hands-free technology and I find it incredibly functional. I love the 2 different spray patterns with the pause button. It allows you to go from one sink to the other without being sprayed. American Standard thought of everything when they designed this kitchen faucet! Can't wait to recommend it to my design clients!

Kitchen update

This faucet was easy to install and a great addition to our kitchen update. My plumber was very impressed. When you see the product firsthand, it is a little larger than the impressions I had from the photo only, but still very clean and nice. It is stylish and a great addition to our home with the innovative touchless on/off sensor and the pull down sprayer integrated together.

"This is worth bragging about on facebook!”- my wife. It's really easy to install. It took me longer to remove our old one then to install this one. For people who use their hands to work and play it’s a dream. I cook a lot and hate rinsing my hands when handing meat/egg/etc as I would touch the faucet and leave germs. We leave it on hot water so washing up is very simple and no germs are waiting on the faucet for the next person.

Larger than expected

Installed this with a new stainless sink. Ordered online as we could not find one in a local store. It's a great faucet and looks and works well.
