This is the best faucel I have ever had in my bathroom. There are several features that made me want this one. First, the handles are silver and white. They look just like the drawer pulls on my doors and drawers. The water spout does move right and left--I like that. My old faucet had one lever to turn the water on and off--if you didn't pay attention, if the lever wasn't in the middle you would come in later and find that you hadn't lined it up and there would be a narrow stream of water until you noticed it later. BEST OF ALL THE EASY PUSH BUTTON PLUG!!!!

Items appeared to be what we needed because we had formerly and successfully used this faucet brand & series. Sadly, as is now happening everywhere, finishes described as "chrome" state no actual material(s) used for the body. We were disappointed to receive 3 plastic faucets that only looked like chrome. 'Disappointed with Pfister. The faucets' working parts may have been acceptable, but we had no need to replace the plastic stuff we had with more of the same. Henceforth we will demand "metal body" when we search for products of this type. Purchased Gerbers instead and very pleased.

Cheap and plasticky

Bought this to replace a 25-year-old Pfister of similar design.

Beautiful - but captures mold

I LOVE this faucet, it is beautiful. I started noticing a moldy smell in my bathroom and could not find where it was coming from. I finally unscrewed the drain and pulled it out and it was covered in black mold. I have to deep clean the drain 1-2 times a month to stop the mold and the upkeep it ridiculous. My plumber mentioned these push drains don't always drain well, so I am now purchasing a different faucet. :(

Pfake chrome

This is plastic junk. It does look fantastic; it’s a nice design. But I’m struggling to find ANY part of it that is actually metal. Ok, the attachment threads seem to be brass. The spout is metal (I think). Mine leaked (continuous drip) out if the spout after first install. I decided to take apart the cartridges in case some dirt got in there during installation. That seemed to fix the leak but the process of taking it apart gave me a shocking reveal just how much plastic is in there.

Excellent Product

I replaced a sister faucet that I had installed at least 20 years ago. That faucet had developed a drip and when I looked at replacing the discs it was almost as expensive as a new one. The new one offered the same quality and improved design with the pop up drain.

This is a great deal for the price. The handles are smooth to open/close, and the faucet pivots easily, but stays in place. There’s not much room between off and on, meaning you turn the handle half way and then the water’s pretty much on, so it can be tricky to get it to trickle. It also can feel a little cheap if inspected closely, but it looks great and is really easy to keep clean. Super easy to install. Wish I’d bought them a year ago. Really spruces up the bathroom sink.

Underperforming and Unstable

So many positive reviews it’s possible I got a dud. Hard to believe it was not well installed since the same plumber has so far installed a variety of three kitchen and four bathroom faucets during our recent reno without any problems.

I bought two Pfister Courant 4 in. Centerset 2-Handle Bathroom Faucets. The look very classy and are a great addition to the bathroom vanity stands. The spout is a little high if you're trying to bend over to face your face, etc. However, the spout pivots out of the way, which is GREAT. The handles are easy to use. I had the faucets installed professionally because oddly enough the supply lines wouldn't come off my old faucets, despite unscrewing all hardware. The plumber had the new faucets installed in about two hours, and the whole vanity stand looks new again!

DYI Friendly Value

Half the price of some less attractive competitors. Not what you'd call heavy duty, but it seems solid enough. Pfister drain design is a welcome bit of genius. No fussing with wands or plungers, not even any plumber's putty. It's a simple, hand tighten, leak free answer. Also nice... aerator simply unscrews to clean or flush, no tool needed. Just finished the install so we'll see how things go, but we have a Pfister faucet in our kitchen that's 20 years old and, to my continual amazement, it still works perfectly.

4 in. Courant faucets

The Faucets went in fine. But I had a problem with the Popup Drain. I found that the theads didn't go up to the base of the sink so I could not seal the Gasket to the bottom of the sink. I went down to Ace Hardware to look for Large Washers I could put over the Popup Drain I needed 1/2 in. I found them but I needed 3 Washers that cost $2.59 each. I had 2 sinks so I needed 6 Washers. The washers worked great and they were Galvanied so they will not Rust. I have Cultured Marble Sinks that are that the Bottom is shorter than the Standard Sinks. Why dose Pfister make the Threads a 1/2 in. shorter then we need?

We have had these about a month now. They were easy to install, are attractive and functional. The faucet head moves side to side which makes mashing my face easier. The push and pop drain stopper works great and is easy to use. These were easy to install. I replaced 5 boulder grade faucets in my home with this model because two of the orginal faucets stopped working. These have great pressure and a replaceable aerator. Recommended product!!

Good quality for price, Comparable to much more expensive faucets; Especially like the drain assembly

Great quality - handles, spout, base all metal. I have installed many faucets, and this one is one of my favorites - have installed several of them for clients, and have put 4 in my own house. Seems lately that the more expensive brands (Moen, Delta, etc.) are getting more plastic parts in their newer designs, so I have lately been installing Pfister faucets. Parts (washers, etc.) are easy to find if needed, but so far have not had any callbacks with these faucets - customers have all been happy with them. Have had them in my own house for 2 years and are holding up well with heavy use.

Great value for the price. Faucet parts are all metal, no plastic. Always had bought Delta or Moen, but seems many of the newer models have more plastic parts, so decided to try Pfister. I liked the first one I bought, and ended up changing all 5 bath faucets to these. They all get heavy use and have held up well for close to 2 years, no leaks, valves still operate cleanly. Nickel finish holding up too. I also prefer Pfister's style of drain (press to close/open) - alot cleaner looking and easier to install than the standard pop-up drains as it has none of the messy linkage/rod hardware. The drain assembly is plastic, but is still well-made. Install was easy.

Pfister 4" Centerset Courant faucet is a Very low budget faucet. Its valves are old-world rubber gasket seal (no ceramic valves here!), the cowlings surrounding the valves are chrome-plated plastic, and the overall vibe is that it's a sink designed for house-flipping and rental units. Rubber gaskets means you'll be replacing the gasket every few years, and likely not enjoying the faucet all that much in the interim. but, it works (although in order to get my hot water to work beyond an anemic trickle, I had to dismantle the valve and, surprise! - there was a chunk of rubber gasket that was clogging up the works). We bought mostly Price Pfister 20 years ago when remodeling our house and loved them every day since. Clearly something has changed there - certainly more than just the name.

Beautiful product and also very efficient! The faucet and pop-up drain were both very easy to install and they function properly. We especially love the swivel feature on the faucet head. However, the only thing we don't like is that although we've only had them for two weeks now, the chrome is very dull looking already. We clean our bathrooms daily but the finish is only shiny again when we use a vinegar mix cleaner. Overall, would purchase again. Great product for the value!! :)

The faucets are beautiful, I ordered three of them. Two for the master bath and one for the guest bath. There were a couple of problems with the install. first the handles turn on and off toward you (as expected), a label would be nice since the unit is identical from either side it faces. My husband installed it backwards and had to take it off to turn it around. He was not happy. The other problem is that the pop up plug doesn't seal good on one sink, so the water will not hold in that sink. I do love the white porcelain handles on my new marble vanity top. The handles require only a light touch to turn on and off.

I purchased this faucet as part of an update/remodel project for a bathroom. This is the first Pfister faucet that I have purchased, and my family and I like it so much that I plan to purchase the same faucet again (in the brushed nickel finish) for the other bathroom in the future.

Good looking & sturdy faucet

This faucet is a really good looking faucet. It is solid in construction and it feels sturdy. The arc does swivel, which is nice. The handles to turn on the water are sturdy in construction. Nothing is loose or feels fragile on this unit. The ease of installation is AWESOME! It was super easy to install everything. The instructions were straight to the point and easy to understand. I love the pop up stopper that comes with the faucet. All I had to do to install was place it in the bathroom sink and just tighten the nuts below the sink and no leaks. I was really impressed. I have noticed the color of Pfister's brushed nickel is darker in comparison to other brands' brushed nickel. In order to really match other brands' brushed nickel, you would need the stainless steel color from Pfister, but unfortunately they do not make this in that color. I definitely recommend this product, especially for the price! This faucet is really affordable.
