Scratched and missing O ring. Will be a challenge to set up correctly.

Leaks

We both this tub spout for a bathroom renovation. When filling the bathtub, we noticed that it leaks from the back of the spout at the Allen key hole. The contractor has come back out and is unable to fix this. This is very disappointing as we had anticipated, there would be no issues with such a well liked product.

Worst spout on the market

Water constantly leaks from the allen hole and the weep hole underneath the spout. Plumber has returned several times and still no solve.

Water Spots

Solid fixture but water spots on flat surface constantly from shower above. Also, water dribbles out of the little allen wrench hole (near wall underneath) that doesn't make sense.

High quality feel, but poorly designed.

Poor fitting to the wall with very rigid depth that isn't adjustable, if you don't get the rough-in perfect, you have to order a new part, then it still has a gap. Expensive heavy fixture felt nice, but install was awful and the thing water spots like crazy, shower drips onto flat surface of faucet and doesn't run off. Would not recommend.
