Very thin and low quality for the price.

Very sleek and very easy to install into a stud. If someone wanted to install using a wall anchor, the one supplied was inadequate and there are better and more secure options at the hardware store.

These are nice but recommend 8340 (the same but with the disc at the base). They look a little unfinished on the wall. I bought them in the polished nickel and the finish is nice.

Looks great, but the weight of the towel (a small hand towel) has been causing it to move and loosen up the screw/drywall anchor. If you get this one the surface area of contact on the wall is very small. Recommend you have a stud to screw into and not just a drywall anchor. We decided to buy a new one with more surface area and move this to a less trafficked area of our house.

This product is beautiful, but we couldn't get it to attach completely flush to the wall.

looks good, but squeaks

I needed to attach this to a shelf made from piping, so I cut a 3/8 roll pin to use as the insert. It worked perfectly and the shelf screw fit right through. This towel ring looks and works fine, just needs some WD-40 to keep it from squeaking when it swivels.
