The item arrived at a reasonable time. However, it was poorly packaged. There is no foam used to protect components from moving around and it shows. The item arrived with a bent valve and severely dentedpierced face plate. I instantly called Wayfair to set up a replacement and now it’s going to take a week for me to get this part. The contractors have another job to do within the next few days and cannot continue work due to this delay. Now I am out of a shower for another week. To the sellers of this item, don’t be cheap and package your items properly to avoid issues and damages of your product. Very disappointed with the handling of the product.
