Broke after a few years

Diverter broke after a few years and I can’t find replacement part for it

It is what I ordered but I needed the whole kit and would like to return it. I have ordered the item that I need

Spout leaks

The spout seal rubber o ring is defective from the factory. The brass insert is installed backwards from factory. If the o ring is behind the set screw, it needs to be disassembled and flipped around so the o ring is on the other side of the brass fitting

Spout leaks

This spout comes with a manufacturer defect. The defect is that the internal spout bras fitting is installed backwards from the factory. The seal should be in front of the set screw. If your spout leaks the o ring is on the back size there fore allowing water to come through the set screw area

Leaking tub spout

The factory installed the rubber seal part backwards. If the seal is behind the set screw, the spout will leak. The seal should be the other way. So after disassembly, and taking apart pieces that were factory installed, was finally able to make it NOT leak.

Perfect and simple lines to go with our more complex shower head system I just had to have.

Back flow leak

After properly installing the spout, I immediately had back flow issues when pulling the knob to initiate the shower. I did a list of check points and it’s a manufacturer defect within the spout I received.

Very late getting to me. Well past the date listed at time of purchase.
