The diverter in the old faucet failed. After several attempts to fix it, decided it was easier to replace the whole faucet. Searched online; some expensive options and then I stumbled on this faucet at Lowe's. It matched the other fixtures perfectly, has a beautiful finish and installed easily. The pickup process was easy. Overall a very positive experience.

Not a NPT Part

Ordered this online and received it after the 9 day shipping process only to discover that it is NOT an NPT connection as stated in the description. It is a ‘slip on’ type which doesn’t help me at all.

No longer an NPT connection

This Pulse 3010-TS-BN tub spout is no longer the NPT connection as described. With no warning, it is now a Slip On connection. See photo. It comes with the needed Allen wrench and UPDATED Install Instructions sheet to show you. However, all product descriptions and specs still say NPT connection.

Worked great for my application.

Had to replace my spout due to limestone deposits ( people in the North East with hard water know all about the white grout like stuff that builds up on your spouts, shower heads, faucets, etc. ). Buildup was so bad I couldn't pull the diverter to activate the shower. Anyway the old one was probably 25 years old, so I just bought a new one. Matched my existing exactly outside and in, twisted on to the copper pipe with a little Teflon tape, and voila, now I have a shiny new spout, hopefully lasts another 25+ years.

A cost effective replacement

I like the appearance. Perfect match compared to the old one. Looks like a quality product.

Superior product.

Buy this spout. It is far superior because of the ceramic disk. The disk diverts the water perfectly. You won’t be disappointed. Make sure that you have a 3 inch 7/8 to 4 inch stub coming out of the wall. 1/2 inch male fitting. The spout has 1/2 inch female. Screw this spout on and you will be amazed at how well it works.
