One of the best features of our newly remodeled home

We just completed a major upgrade to home, including 4 new bathrooms. Since we are in Northeast drying towels after each shower is a challenge. Amba’s towel rack is a great solution to use a warm towel after shower as well as drying them.

Just what customer was looking for at a decent price

Use it everyday, perfect size for small bathroom

This is decent - it is beautiful, feels solid, and gets warm. Only complaint is that it doesn’t get *hot*, just warm

Works as I expected and as advertised. I, well... the electrician, had it installed together with a "Leviton DT112-1LW Countdown Timer Switch" where you can push buttons for 2, 4, 8, or 12hrs. I’d strongly recommend that to anyone so that can leave the built-in switch, which isn’t super easily accessible, to always on.

Amba "owns" towel heater/dryer products

excellent brushed stainless steel fabrication....no imperfections. install instructions were intuitive diagrams...had no problems. liked the option of hard wired or plug in....I chose hard wired since it was a construction install

Every bathroom should have one

This was to replace a previous unit. Unfortunately, the holes did not line up, but I was able to drill new ones in the tile. Unit works well. It is nice to keep towels dry.

Works great but narrow

This towel warmer works great so far—we’ve had it a couple of weeks. It dries folded damp towels very quickly—~30 minutes—and warms up quickly, too. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that it comes as a plug-in, not ready for hardwiring, although my electrician was able to hardwire it without much trouble. It is just not a DIY type of thing.

Made this purchase after purchasing one for a second bathroom this one definitely heats up better to a higher temperature. Looks great on the wall. Had it hardwired in no issues looks great. 

Nice unit but unreliable

Bought unit in Jun 2023, it stopped heating in Dec 2023. Went through Amba for return and replacement, very responsive and sent new unit within days. Installed and worked fine again until approx 6 month mark (Jun 2024) and now it failed. Frustrating.

It was probably a good towel warmer but it was satin gold and I needed polished gold. Never took it out of the box. Just opened the end to see the color

Addition to our bathroom renovation

Our project was delayed so we didn’t get to install this for a month after delivery. Just had the opportunity to test it out. It heats up within a. reasonable amount of time. During the warm months, I want it to dry out my towels between showers. Using the optional timer on a 2 hour setting, it seems to have accomplished that. In winter, I hope my towels will warm up for my shoand dryout afterward.

Stopped working after 1 1/2- so disappointed

I love toasty towels, even when the weather is heating up. It's like a free hug.

Great Towel Warmer

Love it!! The unit is stylish and works great. Keeps our towels warm and ready. Their customer service was top notch too. Would DEFINITELY order from them again!

Perfect towel warmer. Looks great and dries the towels after use. Perfect on those extra cold winter mornings to be able to step out of the shower and into warm towel.
