I could not be more satisfied with the installation service I got from Lamps Plus. Admittedly, it was pricey but because the light was expensive, heavy and to be installed on high ceilings I wanted to make sure it was done right. The two installers came on time, worked quickly and cleanly and buffed up the light before they left. They packed the old light in the box and tidied up my space.
