Arrived scratched and dented. There was no protective covering to the knob and the screws appear to have rubbed against the knob during transport. I've ordered other knobs from this brand and they arrived with better protective packaging. Great Wayfair support though

The knobs are beautiful…when they arrive in in good condition. I went through 3 replacement orders to finally get 13 knobs that were not damaged. The damaged ranged from surface area defects (bubbles, markings, scratches) to actual dents in the face and sides of the knobs. If I hadn’t needed them to match other knobs I had then I would have picked a different one. Wayfair customer service is amazing, but getting the knobs in good condition has been a nightmare.

These are beautiful. I was nervous about the gold colored knobs online without seeing the color in person but these truly do match the color shown. They are very elegant and high-quality.

Very pretty, but several of our knobs were scratched and damaged and will need to be returned. They also have little pegs on the back that I'm not used to seeing on knobs - I suppose to keep them from spinning? Lastly, the screws they come with are not large enough to go through the drawer front we are using them on. All in all, we have not gotten a chance to fully determine if they will work or not as we need to obtain different screws and see about obtaining a replacement for the banged up/scratched ones.

These knobs are absolutely beautiful and have worked great in all parts of the house. Only one complaint. It has to do with the screws. Depending on where you are locating the knobs (thickness of cabinet), the screws are too short. It would help if they came with the size they do come with and a screw 1/4" longer.
